Called for an ignition switch , they sent me over to Stockton just for them not to send my info and save me the part . They actually didn’t even have it in stock . Waste of time and money !

These guys gotta stop putting everyone on hold when they call. I've called four times over the last four hours and they put me on hold each time and I just can't wait o. Hold whole I'm at work. Might not be able to get home tonight because of this.

I NEEDED a new battery and they checked it out and found that I did ! He put it in ! He was nice so was the lady who checked out my battery! I will go there again !

This location only provides select services during certain hours of the day. Needed some help with a simple battery switch on site and the staff would not help, or provide tools to allow me to do it. Would not recommend this spot with other parts shops in the area.

Dont buy a bettery or anything from Auto Zone.They r ripp offs and liars and wont give up higher up numbers.They accuse people of breaking there own batteries and they d8nt want ti give you any credit towards anything.Stay away from Auto Zone spend your money somewhere else.They are very very rude

It's an okay auto parts store. I once bought an oil pump for an 05 accord here new but it was technically refurbished in store. The alternator was the only thing that was new. Make sure to double check the parts if they are new or refurbished / reconditioned etc. If you don't have an emergency then I recommend rock auto or even a junk yard for used OEM parts.

SCAM ALERT!!! DO NOT PURCHASE A BATTERY HERE... I purchased a Durlast gold battery a few years ago with a 5-year warranty. Between the time of purchase till now they only offer a 3- year warranty. They will not honor the warranty. They gave me $46 and change towards a new $230 battery. Buy from Costco or another establishment. Don't put yourself in a bind. Because when it dies, and it will, your screwed. The Staff was polite and helpful. The Blame falls on AUTOZONE. Won't see me back!!!!!
