I will say the employeee inside have always been amazing and helpful BUT my card info and pin was stolen from using this bank. Never use it anywhere else. I'm guessing it's the ATMs outside of the bank that have been compromised.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Having a business account and personal account and being told they won't cash & deposit a check that's also a BOA check was a mind blow. I told the manager I knew he could because I used to work at a bank and he had me wait in lobby and took over 20 mins to verify which was successful just to tell me he still wouldn't do it. I proceeded to tell him to just deposit it and he ended up putting an extended hold. I will be switching banks. This is an out of control power trip and now I have to wait longer and they can't reverse it. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this bank.

Always the worst experience when I have to come here. Female banker closest to emergency exit is always rude, cannot ever get an appointment to change my maiden name on my account, and they won't ever deposit my checks because the names don't match. Closing my account after this and switching banks

They won't cash their own check drawn from Bank of America. They said it was too much money and they couldn't guarantee it. Bank of America confirmed that the account holder had the funds available but the bank wouldn't be able to come up with the money for at least 5 days because it had to go through their guaranteeing process. This was per the bank manager. If I had funds in Bank of America I would have pulled it out immediately.

One of the worst banks in all of Lodi. Go ahead and try and call the bank to talk to a live person if you walk in the last if you have an appointment.! Send tell you to make an appointment and come back to talk to a banker.

As other people have stated i felt racially discriminated against. I cant think of any other reason why i was treated so poorly by Alejandra. I waited outside of the bank on a Saturday morning, since i didnt want to wait in a long line. I had a business transaction that needed to be completed later that morning. I needed to remove $7500 from my bank and was told i could only take out $5000 with the teller and remove the rest at the atm. What??? I felt so uncomfortable everyone could hear how much money I have, and then I had to go outside and be vulnerable while withdrawing more from the atm? Since when is there a limit on withdrawing funds with a teller? Does this bank have limited funds? On top of that the woman had so much attitude, for what? It was disgusting. This bank in particular really makes me reconsider banking elsewhere for my business and personal checking accounts.

Literally the worst bank I've ever been to. They wouldn't cash a business check through bank of America from my employer with my ID that makes absolutely no sense.

Worst customer service, I came in to exchange foreign currency and was told to have a seat without a reason other then the teller said "I am not authorized to do this, can you have a seat" I waited and walked out

I am in shock right now leaving this bank. I was refused service because the manager didn’t like me. I guess he didn’t like that I was from Ukraine. His name is Ikram and he told me to leave , because he couldn’t understand my passport language. My passport is in English.If nobody will contact me I will have to go to court. And of course I am never coming back again. I will transfer to a different bank.If you or anybody you know got racially discriminated at this bank please contact me

I can't believe what just happened to me in this bank where I was a costumer for over 5 years. The girl at the desk did not like me from the beginning, she was taking her time , she avoided contact with me. Than she finally asked what I wanted and when I told her it was a simple money transfer she was happy to announce she has never done it and probably won't do it. I explained that it is simple and had been done before at this location by other employees. Than she called a manager, a racist named Ikram came in, tried to find a reason to refuse me service, first talking something about password, then telling me I will have to wait an hour if I want any help from him. I had to go to work and told him I had only about 15 minutes. He ended up coming to me in half a minute, happily announcing that now he did not like my Ukrainian passport, because he "couldn't read it" (it was in English language). He requested that I leave the bank because there was nothing he could do. I left the bank in tears, and warned other costumers that I was being refused service because I am not American. I am leaving this bank tomorrow, transferring all my money out. And I hope that no one ever have to experience what I did today. But that will only happen if racist Ikram and everyone alike will be fired. I understand the girl at the desk might be a little uneducated, untrained; but the manager this is too much.
