They won't cash their own check drawn from Bank of America. They said it was too much money and they couldn't guarantee it. Bank of America confirmed that the account holder had the funds available but the bank wouldn't be able to come up with the money for at least 5 days because it had to go through their guaranteeing process. This was per the bank manager. If I had funds in Bank of America I would have pulled it out immediately.

Worst customer service, I came in to exchange foreign currency and was told to have a seat without a reason other then the teller said "I am not authorized to do this, can you have a seat" I waited and walked out

I can't believe what just happened to me in this bank where I was a costumer for over 5 years. The girl at the desk did not like me from the beginning, she was taking her time , she avoided contact with me. Than she finally asked what I wanted and when I told her it was a simple money transfer she was happy to announce she has never done it and probably won't do it. I explained that it is simple and had been done before at this location by other employees. Than she called a manager, a racist named Ikram came in, tried to find a reason to refuse me service, first talking something about password, then telling me I will have to wait an hour if I want any help from him. I had to go to work and told him I had only about 15 minutes. He ended up coming to me in half a minute, happily announcing that now he did not like my Ukrainian passport, because he "couldn't read it" (it was in English language). He requested that I leave the bank because there was nothing he could do. I left the bank in tears, and warned other costumers that I was being refused service because I am not American. I am leaving this bank tomorrow, transferring all my money out. And I hope that no one ever have to experience what I did today. But that will only happen if racist Ikram and everyone alike will be fired. I understand the girl at the desk might be a little uneducated, untrained; but the manager this is too much.

Horrible service. It's dam near impossible to get an appointment there. They told to come in early and they could help. I came and waited in line an hour before they open. When I finally got inside they told me I could not be helped that day even tho there was numerous employees just walking around doing nothing.

It's took me over an hour and a half just to talk with someone when there were clearly numerous employees capable to assist me but it seems like the manager on duty that day was quit prejudice didn't seem interested in helping someone in shorts and a t-shirt

I opened an online account and transferred over 3,000 to it. The account closed about at hour after and they still took the transfer money. I made an appointment to get it figured out and open an account and I sat 20 minutes past my appointment time while the banker took his break. I'd recommend a different branch with better customer service

Very poor management! I have been pulling ALL my funds from this bank. Deposited over 1/4 million and was promised HIGHER interest rate. I got 1 penny on the dollar ! Found another institution that gladly paid more. Also usually the branch had maybe 2 clerks, but then the line was 10-15 people outside waiting to do business. Especially during lunch

I understand completely that covid slows everything down but every time I come to this damn bank, it's extremely slow. They always have 1 teller for a line of 6-10 people. My transaction is always less than 3-4 minutes long. I don't understand the hold up.

I literally called about 10-15 times in one hour to speak to a representative due to their other location being closed and finding a bank card outside of it and needing an alternate option of returning it safely only to be never helped. I work in customer service, on the phone mostly to be exact and it's not hard to answer a phone and or take a message instead of having it endlessly ring and hang up. Do better.

Horrible customer service. They always have two tellers working and a line of customers out the door. Drive through atm doesn't work either. Mokelumne federal credit union always has three tellers and NO lines. Just went to the ATM and NO cash available

Trash. They "Temporarily Close" and then their ATMs NEVER work. Constant issues. What are your members paying monthly fees for?

I came in first thing in the morning when they just opened , was greeted with the Upmost respect from the branch manager I believe she was, I forgot her name , and then almost immediately Nancy called me over to start my bank acct she was so nice and understanding she made my first experience at BOA amazing . I was in there for no longer then 15 minutes she was super fast and answered every single question I had . And emailed me after the visit letting me know if I had any other questions or in the future needed assistance I can make an appointment with her , very professional and accommodating. Thank you for the best first impression BOA staff y'all where amazing !
