Rob at Ben's Appliance really came through with excellent customer service. I had an issue with the installation of a unit but Rob made everything right! Now that Ben's is using a new installation company (F&S Fireplace Systems) - I couldn't recommend them more!!!

My electricians just finished installing my second GE monogram range hood. The first hood broke after 2 years of light use. That’s weird…I thought monogram was “high end”. Trust me people, it’s not. It took 4 hours for 3 electricians to install the new hood. This was due to poor design of the unit. In addition, for the unit to be installed properly, they had to dissect the unit to rearrange the factory installed electrical wires prior to installation. Now that the $2,500 second unit has been installed, we took it for a test drive. The function display doesn’t work. The electricians disassembled it again, tried to troubleshoot the problem. It was unrepairable. For those of you looking to make a decision on appliances, do yourself, your family, and more importantly, your wife, a favor and think twice about purchasing a monogram appliance. My monogram dishwasher leaks water. And my monogram microwave rattles when it’s in use. I’m waiting for the monogram oven to have its turn. As a matter of fact, don’t even consider giving this brand a look at all. Customer service is nonexistent.

This past month I have been searching for a Jennair 48" Gas Range throughout the entire CA and NV and in speaking with John @ Ben's Wholesale Appliance in Sales he said I have one on the floor in stock and will check with our management if we can move it since it's been on the floor for a while. After a day or so, I reached back out and instead of them playing the supply & demand game with recent COVID situation and overall shortages they decided to ensure I was cooking for the holidays. Many thanks to both the management (John) and sales team (John & Sarah) for making my family happy. I'm looking forward to the delivery and highly recommend Ben's Appliance!

I bought a built-in refrigerator and gave them a $5000.00 deposit. It was promised in two weeks. That date passed and I had to call them to find out what was happening. For some reason, the available item was no longer available, and we would have to wait 6 weeks for our refrigerator. I canceled the order and requested a refund. It took three more phone calls and over a month for them to return my deposit.

I want to support a local business but in all good conscience I will not write a positive review. Not only was I told to buy the wrong refrigerator, but there was no attempt to correct the situation. And the salesman lied about what he told me to buy. I came to the store with a designer, for a second set of ears. She supports my review. The refrigerator doesn't fit the space and the installer that Ben's endorsed did a poor job. I won't make that mistake again!

Ben's appliance has outstanding customer service! They were committed in helping me with every step of applying for the burn cleaner program rebate to helping select an insert that clearly was needed for warmth. Their recommended installer also did an amazing job with installation and cleanup. I cannot commend the entire team enough (especially since I am very picky, and came back multiple times for changes and questions). After the install, I was even surprised with a small gift from the staff at Ben's Appliance that I never expected. Forever grateful in finding this business.

Rob at Ben's Appliance helped me with a fireplace insert. Explained in detail how the different inserts operate and also the procedure to request a clean burn rebate. After qualifying for the rebate, Rob helped me with the paperwork. Ordered the insert I wanted and when it arrived, Chris delivered it to my home and installed. What a great experience, I can't remember the last time I was helped from beginning to end with a project that went so smoothly. Both the seller and installer were very courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely professional, plus the insert is beyond what I expected, easy to operate and absolutely beautiful. Our house we purchased had a monster of a wood burning stove in the hearth that couldn't be used. With all the no burn days and desire for a working fireplace, a gas insert was the only real answer. Price is fair upon shopping around and $1500 in rebates ($1k appliance and $500 install) helped a lot. Should be installed before end of the year, update to come.
