The staff here has absolutely no knowledge of who can help who or the ware abouts of their " manager" and the "manager" they have on floor don't know how to do anything either. Good luck to sales because the staff in this basically is a bunch of lost kids.

I wasn't excited about the layout because they had 4 different locations for 4 different brands of shorts. Not one of them caught my eye so unfortunately I left without making a purchase. Maybe Big 5 is not the place to shop for name brand shorts!
