The worst service today from a horrible representative. I called on 11/24/25 at 8 a.m. after calling three times. Asked for her supervisor she right out refused. Fire her.

Pretty sketchy when you're donating to a partisan political cause. I wonder if you discriminate politically among the people that are insured by you. Definitely wouldn't be surprised. $500,000 is quite a bit to be giving away when you're supposed to be paying people for healthcare.

Fantastic customer service. When my doctor's office was dragging there feet on refilling my RX, the Blue Shield rep called them (with me on the line) and asked them what the hold-up was; even waited on the phone until she could see the nurses request in the system. No other Insurance company has ever done this!
