“Rita and Miguel were truly amazing in their roles especially when confronted with the complexity of repairing a foreign vehicle and the collaboration with uncooperative dealership personnel. They were professional, courteous and respectful. I admire their willingness to share important details extensively and thoroughly discussed steps along the way. They fought to get me a loaner vehicle when repair time with the dealership extended beyond the estimated date. They are angels and my saving grace ??

“After picking up my car it was noted that a personal item of mine had been accidentally broken. After finding this out, Brian called me from the shop and was willing to replace the item. I brought the item in and they were able to fix it. This company not only did an awesome on my car but the follow through was even better! I highly recommend this company for your auto body needs!”

“Precision machines is the place to go with your vintage ford. Kevin provides great advice and service. Recently Precision adjusted my bump steer kit on my 65 mustang hot rod. I took a corner marked 35 mph at 60 mph and could not get the tires to squel. I am very satisfied with the service at Precision.”

“I've needed help with a car battery change and after a horrible experience with AAA. I remembered getting my car repaired in the past at this location and they were so friendly and had done a good job on my electric car. I've talked to the owner, Clint, and he was very nice and accommodating and when I told him that AAA said that since my car was an electric car that no one on their end was qualified to change the 12v battery. Clint told me to come in when I am able to and just tell the people that we talked and when I got their the next day every one was friendly and nice. They changed the battery for me since I already bought one and I was on my way out the door. They were very professional on the phone and in person. I recommend this place to anyone that need some car repair. 5 stars.”
“Jerome and his team were absolutely impeccable in helping me get back on the road. While driving back to Los Angeles, my hood flipped up and completely shattered my windshield, pushed the roof back, and bent the hood frame. I was stranded far from home with a packed car and a dog waiting for me, and had to stay at a hotel overnight, hoping Safelite could help the next morning.
This was truly an emergency, and Jerome went above and beyond. He had a team member personally drive to pick up the needed part and bring it back so they could squeeze my car in between appointments. They carefully secured the hood with bungee cords and tape to make sure it was safe for me to get back on the highway.
I’m incredibly thankful for Jerome and his team. Because of them, I was able to make it home to my dog that same night and get to work the next day. Thank you so much!”

“These guys are absolutely amazing! I accidentally went to this shop because it was close to the shop I was supposed to go to through my insurance. When I came in to A A Auto they had amazing customer service and made me feel so comfortable that I decided to move forward with their business even though it was out of my network. They were super helpful throughout the entire process and very communicative. Extremely fair pricing and honest communication. My car was in and out of there within a few days and they helped accommodate me with any needs And we’re always helpful and willing to answer any questions or concerns that I had throughout the process.
