“Thank you, Scott! Came into the garden department for some large bags of potting soil. The young man saw me checking out and jumped in to offer to assist with loading them into my vehicle! Without hesitation, he waited for me as I paid and pushed the basket with the large bags in it. I truly appreciate not having to seek out the help! Thank you for being so helpful and courteous, Scott!!! I pointed out to him that it was extremely nice to be offered and received the help. He assured me that if I kept coming in when he was on duty, he would ensure his assistance everytime!!!!!”

“Danielle’s service was extremely professional from start to finish. We purchased a new MT 120 and from the first phone call, she walked me through every step clearly and quickly. It was refreshing that she picked up the phone every time I called, answered all my questions clearly and she was knowledgeable about the product. We highly recommend Danielle.”

“I have been shopping at Home Depot for years. With that being said I’d like to give a huge shout out and THANK YOU to Brian in the Lumber area. He was such a great help today, a very professional and polite young man. I don’t know what I would’ve done today without his assistance. I asked his name before I left because I was so impressed with his customer service and his willingness to help. He truly exemplifies what it means to be an excellent employee at the Home Depot Hammer Lane Stockton CA.”
