Burlington is a large store. It competes with Ross and Marshall's. The staff seemed worn out and under manned. The store is organized but messy. The clientele treats the store like cheap thriftstore, which is unfortunate. You can find a lot of high-quality, brand-name merchandise inside. The prices are very good and clearance items are the best deals. They primarily have clothing, but also stock home goods, electronics, sports equipment, toys and other items. You will spend a lot of time, sifting through piles, to find what you're looking for.

Employees are nice especially the lady and man at the door. However, it is like shopping in a 3rd world country. What a mess. No surprise, Lodi has been going down hill for a while. Won't be back. Again, the employees are nice, but I prefer to shop in a clean environment.

It's always hot inside. I can't shop when it's hot. So I left the store. The store would be a fun place to shop if they put the A/C on a more tolerable temperature 🤷♀️

I went there this morning to try and find perfumes. I usually love this store. But all the perfumes were behind the counter and I couldn't even look at them. I was expected to scan through them from the counter literally couldn't look at them up close. there was a bunch and I was planning on buy at least 3 bottles but I wasn't allowed to look at them. They have a rack in the front you can look though but it has nothing really like all the low end crap. they should think about moving their perfumes so people can actually look through them. they lost my business this morning with this nonsense. It's hard to give this store a low rating today but the whole thing was ridiculous!
