“So I will give this place five stars because the Carnitas were really really good. You have to show up to this place really early in the morning because they sell out really fast. On the weekends they open up at 5 AM. I got there around 6:15 AM. There was already people being serviced and about two or three people in line. They have corn, pork, and chicken tamales. I would have to agree with a review that I read on here prior , that the tamales have a lot of masa and not enough meat. I would say the ratio of masa to meat is like 3 to 1. So I will probably not order tamales again. Also they have Menudo ready to go. The Menudo was just OK , nothing special. I noticed there was no hominy at all. The broth was actually good but the pieces of Menudo were cut in weird large pieces. I would probably rate it 5 out of 10 . I also would not buy the Menudo again . Now the Carnitas on the other hand I will have to say I would give them a 10 on a scale from 1 to 10. Very delicious moist and flavorful cannot go wrong. I will definitely be back to buy more Carnitas.”
