Ive been renting a storage from them for almost a year and half. The lady Diane she's a really nice person. Easy to get along with. Great customer service. Very nice clean place.i would highly recommend this place ifyour looking for a storage space.

Diane was nothing but great towards me and my storage needs! Everything was always so smooth when i was going back and forth to my unit. I would Recommend this business to anyone, and the prices are affordable!

I will never keep my belongings in the storage unit they claim they have alarms on each unit but my boyfriend's unit was broken into and half of his stuff was stolen and yet there has been complaints for 2 weeks to the owner by the manager that she cannot hear the alarms go off in her house what's the whole point of having an onsite manager if the job is not getting done explain that to me I understand you have 600 units why is she getting paid to be there if she's not doing her damn job or at least somebody putting a new alarm systems people are paying you monthly for their unit yet your false advertisement says you have cameras which you only have two and not throughout the units which it should be so people stuff won't get stolen

I did give 5 stars before my sons went to get their game counsel out of storage yesterday 4/16/2018. My three sons were harassed, threatened to be locked in before closing at 7pm. Not only did Dian harrass them for 20$'s, she told them my husband and I card will be charged! Can she do this? I'm so disappointed in her treatment towards my children. So rude and disrespectful.
I had just spoken to diane, and she claims she was scared of my 3 sons so she had no choice but to threaten. My sons are brown, my sons are not big as she says. Over 5 ft tall. Diane also expressed to me, she was feared of my sons because it was after 7pm. If my sons were there at 651pm and left at 706pm, BECAUSE she wouldn't let them out, how does she get to charge my card an extra 20$'s my sons didn't have cash on them. I'm looking for another place.
She Is so fake and is scared of brown, BIG SONS. what a huge disgrace and disappointment. Wow. I will NEVER RECCOMEND THESE GUYS TO NOONE

Central Storage is so clean and the manager Diane is as sweet and conversational as can be. the prices are the best.
