Cluff Storage Lodi is convenient, clean, and secure. But the greatest part is the woman who manages it. Very competent, very helpful, and personable. Actually, it couldn't be better.

Fantastic customer service, along with a great ability to assist in any manner to ensure a great experience at Cluff storage.
The facility is always clean and I feel very comfortable with storing my belongings here.. prices are great!

I’ve been with them over 10years. Ever since they got new management a few years back it’s has gone downhill. The prices have been raised like clockwork and is now twice what it started as. Treating to get a hold of anyone is difficult and it seems like the person in the office is “out for a moment” a lot and for a lot longer than just a moment. But trust that if you’re even close to being late on a payment, they will be at your unit waiting to lock you out. I am leaving there as soon as I can and if I could give a negative star review, I would.

I stored a vehicle and rented a storage locker at Cluff Storage and had a great experience! They were responsive and customer service was great! Facility was clean and never had any issues regarding security. I highly recommend Cluff Storage!

Nice place, clean and good prices. My only complaint is i rented a 10 × 12 storage unit that measures 9' 10" x 10' 10" a full foot smaller than advertised. I understand sizes are approximate but it should be advertised as a 10x 11.
