Edit : Dr. Vu fixed the issue but still had to wait to get correct ones. First bad optometrist in 30 years. Mr. Li lowered my prescription. Front desk girl lied about it, had to ask for exact numbers. Costco needs to change/improve their services.

Bought new prescription glasses. Got $50 off the second pair. Staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Their prices undercut any local eye wear store. Selection is wide.

Very shocked to see such low ratings this is my favorite Costco, it's always clean and nicely put together, I feel the staff are always helpful, and cheerful. They always have everything I need, even when there was a shortage on Enfamil it was this Costco that had their stuff together. I was able to feed my Irish twins. I find myself always finding new things when I come to this Costco the only thing that's a bit annoying or over whelming is the AT&T workers. I'll be on the phone and they just be talking , after I make it clear I have AT&T then they want to know how much do I pay,8 just feel good sales men/ women know when a customer is uninterested or unsure.

We decided to pop in to the Costco in Lodi after having a fairly miserable lunch, and wanting to grab some things for our road trip.I can pretty much live at Costco. It's my go to for so many things, and rarely does a warehouse disappoint me. I love the fact that most of the locations are organized in the same fashion. The exception being the location in Washington state, which is considered to be there , original location and everything about that place is special. It's completely different from the exterior all the way through the entire warehouse. But I digress.This location the parking is seemingly not only disorganized, but rather nightmarish to navigate through. Maybe it was just our timing. The warehouse is set up, pretty similar to most of the others, just less of everything. It was really odd. I perused through the cheese and meat sections, and they literally had taken the cold cases, and somehow managed to block off half the space, while filling the other half of space With product. So either they don't sell enough at this location, or they don't get enough product, but it was just odd. I've never seen this in any of the warehouses that I've shopped out, and that's been a lot.The checkout lines at this location are just horrendous. There were people standing in line 25 carts deep, and only some of the lines were even open. The self check out was closed, and the unnecessary craziness just did not make sense.If someone lives in the area, it may make more sense to go to the Stockton warehouse. I will say what is nice about this specific location, or the other services in the general area. So if you're out for the day and you need to check off a lot of things on the honey do list, this is definitely the spot. From Home Depot, to Staples, etc. You literally can get so much done in the area. Bravo for that planning!

The Optometrist here DO NOT perform a thorough job. Everything is rushed and they are just doing the basics. No eye pressure tests, pupil dilation to see the back of the eye, or other specific eye exams are provided. I came here a few weeks ago and the Optometrist informed me on inspection of my eyes everything was normal. Yesterday, I went to another Optometrist in the neighborhood and they informed me I had small cholesterol deposits in my eye.COSTCO Optometrist you have to step up your game and do a better job.As far as the eye glasses salesman part of the optical department goes, they are great, no complaints with them. Very pleasant individuals.

Today I had the most horrible experience at Lodi Costco I had my service dog sitting on my lap when I got approached by Mike an employee there saying I need to leave as soonest possible because having a dog inside was unsanitary, I told him if his worry abou sanitary conditions he should clean the table that was next to me, he was very aggressive towards me and literally kick us out of the store, thank God we were done shopping but never again I will shop there.

Bought a Samsung 55" TV from Costco. Purchased the extended warrantee. Turned on the TV and the left half of the screen was blacked out. TRIED to file a claim with the Allstate warrantee people. This process is totally a joke. Between unanswered phone calls and crazy instructions online, I am convinced they purposely want to discourage you and make you give up. Well, they don't know me very well. I took my purchase documentation and drove to Costco and talked with the store manager. Lo and behold, a sympathic ear. He restored my faith in people. Gave me a store credit for the full purchase price of my broken TV and I bought another one on the spot.Kudos to JoshPS. The Allstate extended warrantee isn't worth the paper it is written on.

Smart watches - return policy only 90 days regardless of how much you pay for it! Broke after 1+ year - manager refused to accept return. Originally ordered it online so he said try returning it online - they might accept it which oddly enough they did. Manager says warehouse and online are two separate entities!? Asked if Costco Citicard extends warranty - NOPE!! Costco starting to feel like every other place therefore offering no advantages for it's paid members. Rice, bread, frozen vegetables, very used vacuums, etc can be returned no problem!! But not $300 smart watch. That is a lot of money for my family to throw away!

Lodi costco tire center did an amazing job of dealing with a complicated situation today. Oliver was amazing! He has awesome customer service skills, he's kind and very knowledgeable. We are extremely happy with our purchase and everyone's kindness today. We highly recommend.

The Karen working the exit door has some sort of power trip. I stepped out to take a phone call and have a cigarette while my partner was in line. I could see her from the exit. Karen wouldn't let me back in even after pointing at my partner. She said, "It's not my fault", so I told her, "No one else has a problem with me walking to the cash registers, so who's fault would it be?". We will be going to Sams Club from now on. I guess if my only purpose in life was checking receipts, I'd take it out on other people too.

I just came across these really tasty treats in the frozen section of Costco! In the freezer section, you need to get these! Puff pastries bites in 4 flavors. Look for the box in the pic I posted. The lines here are not too bad if you go at opening.

The glasses were awesome, but the optometrist did such a poor job figuring out a good prescription that I finally gave up on trying to get glasses that worked. I bought three pair and I'm not happy with any of them in spite having re-done all three. Not the fault of Costco...just the Dr. She also sent my husband to the ophthalmologist because she said he had macular degeneration and cataracts. The Stanford Doctor said his eyes are fine. I'll get glasses there, but I'll find another optometrist.

After ordering frames and going back to the store the next day to clarify the model number of my frames i ordered, Costco still managed to screw up my order. They then claimed the display model that I tried on when I ordered the glasses, did not exist.So first you screw up my order, which forces me to wear an outdated prescription IF I take the refund, and then you gaslight me when I point out your mistake?Do yourself a favor and go to a local optometrist office like Zeiter or order from an online store where you can triple confirm you are getting what you order.

This review is fir the Costco food court Cheap eats! Most definitely! Is there anywhere else you can get a huge beef hotdog and a soda fir only a buck fifty? Menu is more limited now that Covid has hit but the values have not been affected. They have installed pay stations so that the people working with food never have to touch money or credit/debit cards. Much faster service with this change.

First time getting glasses at Costco. Price is terrific and customer service is top notch. Allie at the optical counter is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and amazing. Great experience.
