Of course I know this isn't the Lodi store's fault, but Costco needs to make this right ASAP! Ordered a brand new washer and dryer set and the washing machine has four dents in it. Not really too concerned about the one on the side because no one will see it, but the three on the front is ridiculous. We did not accept the washing machine. No telling when we're going to get another one! And then after the delivery people leave, it looks to me like there's a screw missing from the dryer! And BTW Costco, it's pretty bad that you put your delivery people in this position to deal with the damages with the customer when it's your warehouse that caused this issue.

I stay away from this costco even though I live nearby and it's because it is very trashy and the service is not all that great compared to other costcos.
