For anyone complaining about this bank try going to an impersonal non local bank. I've always been treated kindly by all the staff. If you're going in with a grievance maybe you should check your emotions before complaining.

This bank is currently going through systematic upgrades and is messing up quite a bit on the accounts. They credited some customers on accident and didn’t even know until later then pulled the money out from personal savings. It’s a problem an issue on their behalf but the customer has to pay for it. It’s a problem with the bank and the bank’s software, but the customer has to pay for that. They refuse to take responsibility for their mistake and bringing it to their attention will only make them insult the customer. Horrible customer service stating it’s the customer’s fault and problem. The bank itself barely allows online banking and very limited on what apps can be used through them. Applepay not supported. The hour conversation was full of condescending tones and a lot of sarcasm. Issue is not fixed and will not be fixed “close your account or take it up with executive, it’s your choice” quote from S on customer service, Thank you. I do not recommend this bank for anything, might as well be with Wells Fargo or Bank of America if you want theft, fraud, and money issues.

I've been a customer for about 15 years, and overall, I've been pretty happy with everything. But the other day, I went in to deposit a pretty large check, and when I questioned the teller about their "hold policies" ( NINE days?? With everything digital now? What a crock) she got super rude and snarky. I'll be opening another account elsewhere as soon as that check clears next week. After 15 years, I expected a LOT better.

I’ve been a customer of Lodi’s Kettleman Lane branch of F&M bank for several years using both their in-bank and online services. I’ve been very satisfied with their services and with their customer support and have no problems recommending F&M bank to others.

Atms are always down and the online banking never works. Hate this bank. Cant wait for my next paycheck so I can go open at a new bank that isnt in the stone age with technology.

The customer service here is horrible! One woman named Janet in particular is extremely rude. I recommend going to literally any other bank that doesn’t have a Janet.

We have banked with Fand M bank for over 30 years. David Sakamoto has been a great resource for banking advice and a great person as well. David does not work at our branch but Angel Sanchez does, it is Angel Sanchez that we see every time we enter the Bank location on Bellflower Blvd. Long Beach. Angel's brings his professional brand to the bank every day. It is Angel that makes us want to refer future business to David and other business people. Last week we stopped in the bank to notarize a document. Angel was getting ready for a much deserved break. He was already moving away from his desk. He stopped, turned around and said, no problem! I can take my break later. That is a example of the customer service the David Sakamoto and other leaders are teaching the staff at M and F Bank. Jim and Melanie Choura

I’ve never had an issue with this bank but today I had a very rude teller with no customer service and no experience. I was basically showing her how to do her job. Please make sure you hire some one with experience and customer service because my mother and I felt very disrespected. And not welcomed at all. Just don’t hire another Katie please.

In my experience with them the employees are great and extremely friendly but in my opinion the bank is horrible. They have caused me a great amount of stress. The problem that they have caused me has taken a great deal of time to sort out and has costed me a great deal of sleep. I have now switched banks and cannot be happier.

In my experience, the in-person customer service at F&M, both the main office plus the branches, is absolutely tops. When I walk in there for help with any sort of issue, major or minor, the reception is always cordial and the assistance is as thorough as humanly possible. Couldn't be better. So much for the in-person experience. Calling for help on the phone is another matter. To keep this brief, just save yourself the frustration and go to the nearest branch instead. You'll save time and keep your blood pressure low. If you've ever tried to call Comcast or AT&T for phone support, you get the idea. Sadly, the same appears to be true with their online banking service. Their motto is "..where banking is easy." Not online. Again, for the sake of brevity, consider another bank if online service is important to you. I have extensive online experience at 3 other banks, all of which are very user-friendly with no loss of security. F&M should open an account at one of them and see how it should be done. Bottom line: best place in the region for bank services face-to-face. Not so much otherwise.

I really don't like F&M Bank they not only messed up my card they said they activated the card when they really didn't so I had to end up calling to see why my card wasn't working and it was ladies mistake she did not activate the card so they said they had to activated the card over the phone and yet it still doesn't work so it makes my life so much harder I can't even call a freaking an Uber for work or to pay for my lunch I'm basically broke until they fix the card when they said they fixed it twice now and it still yet doesn't work and yeah I'm the one being penalized because all my money is on my card
