“West Lane Medical Clinic is located at 4873 West Ln in Stockton. Its a white building on the corner of West Lane and Bianchi Rd. It has doctor offices and a medical supply company inside. As of Oct. 2021 the pharmacy inside has closed.. The building itself is clean but the parking lot is very tight especially if they are busy.”

When I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that it had been scheduled by mistake, and I was unable to see a provider.”
