The lady has a horrible attitude and terrible customer service. She was mad just because I was asking on the shipping speeds, rates and prices. When I was filling out my envelope she took away the pen from me and threw it on her desk all mad, stating I don’t need to fill it out. After I told her she doesn’t need to be throwing things she got mad and stated I should go to USPS instead. There’s ways to do things, and that’s not how you are suppose to treat your customers. I walked out and won’t be going there ever again. Save your self time from dealing with someone who is always cranky.

Went in there to get a single copy which was 50 cents, the lady was mad because I didn’t have any change and payed with a $20 bill. I apologized and she gave me back $19 didn’t say anything and turned around. Worst attitude

Disgusting attitude. As I walk in I’m standing there unattended for a while. Mind you she’s standing there talking on the phone the whole time, then when she gets the time to attend me & she tells me she can’t take the package cause she “cant scan it”. At that point I left and went to the Walgreens a couple minutes away and they took it in with no scanning issues! This place doesn’t know how to operate properly!

The worst customer service ever any FedEx store offered. Very bad attitude.
They just provide half information, and when you ask them any questions regarding your package, they are least interested in answering back.

Excellent customer service. Owner helped me with boxing, ship label, and putting proper notification stickers on box. I was very pleased. Will be back for future deliveries, and recommend to anyone.

Don’t waste your time or money here, pick an official store to send your shipments. Incorrectly filled out the customs and shipping forms, then when asked to void the shipment after realizing the mistake the same day, they never processed the refund. We were overcharged, had inaccurate information entered into the shipment, and lied to. terrible service. Congrats, you deserve every legal complaint someone serves you. This place only stays in business by successfully scamming customers.
