Nearly three months and counting!
It was nearly three months ago, when my Wife entrusted her wedding dress to Guild Cleaners in Lodi, to be cleaned, preserved and boxed.
As of this writing, (September 7, 2024) we still don’t have it back!
First we were told that they didn’t have the boxes to pack wedding dresses into.
Then we were told that there were only a couple of employees. And that their shifts barely overlapped.
Now, today, they were not sure where the dress was…
Seriously people?
Dear Employer, either provide more hours for your employees to complete their work in a timely manner, or don’t accept the additional work!

Absolutely amazing job on my baby carrier that I thought I ruined! Thank you so much Guild Cleaners! The picture does NOT do justice (bottom pics) to how washed out and creased my Silk Onbuhumo was after I washed it, wrung it out and laid it out in the sun to dry- like an idiot! Guild cleaners brought back the luster and shine and smothed every wrinkle, and it looks even more gorgeous then before I ruined it! (Top pic!) ???? thank you so much Guild team! ?

Prompt friendly service, and were very accommodating to request. The clothes were cleaned well and was able to pick them up promptly at the time they stated when I dropped them off. Will be coming again after NY next trip to clean my clothes again.

I needed to have some pants hemmed and did not have alot of time (less than 2 weeks). When I went in I was told it would be 2 weeks or longer. The lady who is always there, (sorry I didn't get her name), she was fantastic. She promised me I would have by Friday and called me on Tuesday letting me know they were done. They turned out perfect and I really like the can do attitude. Thank you so much.
