I Asked the service attendants to help me cut a piece of wood in lumber waited approximately 35 minutes no one came to help
Asked two different people
Nothing while the same people passed but while I waited patiently
The gentleman that we working plumbing was very helpful and attentive

I feel I need to begin by saying I enjoy this store. The staff is extremely helpful and I will be a constant customer, but like other stores, we are loosing our cashiers and I'm replacing them and they are not passing on the savings to us. I'm not a cashier and I don't want to be. Not sure where the decision makers thought this was a good idea but it's not. Please right this wrong or I'll need to figure out my alternatives.

This is still a nice Home Depot overall, much nicer than the Stockton HDs, but I'm frustrated almost every time I go. They're out of something I'm after, or things are disorganized, and the self checkout is often slow, understaffed, and frustrating. My experience with staff is hit or miss- they're generally polite, but not always knowledgeable or helpful and many have a very blase, indifferent attitude.
As I said, it's still nice overall, most areas are clean and presentable. But the customer experience doesn't live up to the presentation...
