Great Zumba instructors on Monday night Coach Stokes, and Saturday morning Valerie C. I would love to see a Thursday morning Zumba class
I also like K-Slice’s classes. These are 3 amazing and professional instructors. I am disappointed that the Wednesday morning Zumba class was canceled.

I’m always greeted with a smile by staff at the front desk. The fitness community at in shape is friendly and includes members of all ages. The club is nice and clean and the equipment is well maintained. A great place to get a workout in.

I love the vast amount of classes with optional times available. Workout equip is always up to date and high quality. Really appreciate the cleanliness of InShape as well. Very professional staff. Members are happy and have a friendly, respectful vibe. In 6 years I’ve always felt comfortable no matter where I am in my fitness journey. In my opinion, a few more $ is well worth a good experience and being in a safer part of town.

I'm always getting emails about how dues are going toward improvements in other nearby In-Shape gyms. I'd like to see some of those improvements come to the Lodi location. Also there aren't any family classes or kids fitness like other locations.

My wife and I love your classes, especially those instructed by Kim (K-slice). Her classes are always full and she has wonderful energy. We do the classes and use the gym for regular workouts as well. We are retired, so we have no issues with going opposite of the crowds. The staff at the front desk is always welcoming and are sure to say goodbye as well. Please add more spots to Kim's classes and keep up the good work. Don't try and reinvent the wheel and change things. Things are rolling just fine. Thanks

Great club, staff is there for you if you want assistance, but leaves you alone when you do not. Good facilities, well maintained equipment, and a considerate membership.

Great facility! Plenty of modalities to choose from. Easy to get in and out with a great workout.
