The actual car wash is terrific. But, there are OTHER PROBLEMS you must be aware of.You need to be VERY CAREFUL if you're buying a monthly car wash pass. They DO NOT disclose to you that have agreed to a recurring monthly fee. For the time being, I am paying for my monthly car wash pass, in person, and just one month at a time. Also, you will be charged a $10 membership fee. Apparently, this is optional and provides no apparent advantages. They do not disclose this to you either. I'VE BEEN TOLD BY UPPER MANAGEMENT THAT THE SO-CALLED MEMBERSHIP FEE IS NOT MANDATORY, yet their front-line service people were unaware that the "membership" is totally optional.I have now visited a couple of their other locations. The staff there were completely unaware of the monthly recurring automatic payment. In every case, they were also unaware of the $10 membership fee being optional. Apparently, they are not taught this by management. When I returned to their Lodi location a week or two after my very first visit it was to question them about why they paid themselves from my checking account, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Here's what I was told: "I don't know the other person's 'spiel', but here's what I'm telling customers with my spiel..." I let them know that they didn't need to tell me anything else. (A "spiel", or practiced presentation, is a form of persuasion.)The word "spiel" is typically used in the world of sales. Why in the world would you need sales techniques when the person standing in front of you extends their credit card and tells you exactly what they want to buy??? It appears that their front-line people are being taught sales techniques when the reality is that they are simple order-takers. (No offense intended.) A boneheaded, upper-management decision that also build up their bottom line.At that point, I asked them to let me talk to the manager. However, as he was away on vacation, I spoke with his substitute. That person was a total clown. (The Lodi location's manager WAS on vacation, yet he phoned me later that evening. He seemed a good person and I have no doubts about that. He told me how things are supposed to work.)"Clown" is not a term I typically use, but after many weeks of thinking about this, there's nothing else that fits. I have never spoken to anybody at the management level of any other business who was less serious than this fellow. He did not take my questions or complaints seriously and deflected at every opportunity. For example, I asked if he felt his employees might be liable for fraud because of their not fully informing their customers. This fellow stopped me in my tracks, and said, "We don't have employees. The people you see working here are our 'partners.'" You know, when people have been infected with "corporate speak" it often completely affects their ability to see things objectively. He totally missed the point that poor guidance from management can put their workers in legal peril.Only a couple of weeks after visiting Quick Quack for the first time, two of my checks were returned for insufficient funds. Not because I mismanaged my account, but because Quick Quack made what I describe as an unauthorized withdrawal from my account. This was one of several things that the substitute manager absolutely refused to acknowledge. I wasn't looking for compensation and made that clear. BUT there IS a direct line between their failure to make proper disclosure about their payments and the $50 in bank fees I incurred. The dude just whistled right past that little problem as if it didn't exist.I would have to say that Quick Quack Car Wash's business model regarding the handling of monthly subscriptions is, at a minimum, misguided. At worst, it is deliberately dishonest. Somewhere in the middle of those two extremes is the possibility of a disconnected upper management who has made at least one extremely poor choice regarding the concept of monthly c

This place used to be a my favorite place to get a car wash when it was run by Kelly's. Then Quick Quack bought it, "renovated" it, and jacked up the prices by almost 50%. Now you get to pay even more for an inferior wash that left multiple dirty spots on my Mazda. To add insult to injury, they removed the staff that hand dried your car after the wash and moved them to the entrance to upsell people on a useless monthly subscription. Just another case of a big company buying a great product and making it worse in the name of driving up profits.

My first time going to this car wash and it went horrible unfortunately. I went to this place that is now called Quick Quack Car Wash on July 3rd it’s been a whole month now since the accident happened I talked right away to the person that did my report on my car of what happened then went back to talk to the manager since he wasn’t there at the time finally got to talk to the manager there been there around three times already and apparently he was going to help me with the damage the car wash did on my car he still hasn’t called me back to see if we can do anything about this situation the manager name is Omar and I been waiting a whole month and nothing has been done about the damage to my car I will also show pictures of the damage the car wash left me with. I live all the way in Stockton Ca which is why I haven’t gone a lot of times to keep asking if anything is going to be done but I’ll probably go one more time and if anything doesn’t get settled I’ll have to either sue this place for the damages or find a way to get in contact with someone who will actually take me seriously. Update on the situation I still haven’t resolved anything with this place I got a call from Omar letting me know that he was going to call me when my car part arrived I honestly don’t believe it takes more than a month to get a car part especially something like this car part in the photos I shown and I been waiting and nothing has happened I will give this place one more month if I don’t get anything resolved I’ll have to get a lawyer to help me get something done.

This review is for Kelly's, not Quick Quack. Dislike the hike in prices and the lack of humans drying my car at the end of the car wash. I also had my car jerked forward, so another car claimed I had hit them even though it was just a bump. Thankfully, the other driver said there was no damage.

Quick Quack is the best car wash in town, new and properly working equipment. Staff members Bridgette & Chico were great, they both answered all my question and gave me information regarding memberships. Friendly, helpful and great customer service.

I liked this carwash before when it was Kelly’s. These sale reps are acting like pimps making you wait 5 minutes unnecessarily because they want to have conversations with women. Totally nonsensical business practice a car wash isn’t a social experience. They’re messing with my time for no reason. Don’t get sucked in with a membership!

Love this place used to go to Bubba's but I think here does a way better job of your car being clean plus if you forget your towels to dry off your car they provide them for free ( @ certain locations) whereas Bubba's charges for a them.

HEAVY DAMAGE!!!! DON'T GO HERE!!!!! I went to this place on 7/27/23 towards the end of the wash at the tire cleaning station suddenly my car shifted to the right really hard and made a noise like i hit something turns out it put a dent and a scratch on my wheel, when i told management he looked at me and said sorry.? Not we'll look at the machine at least act like your concerned but nothing. another car had her spare tire cover ripped off only to have it run over by the car behind it.And they don't give a sh* t about your car. HEAVY DAMAGE!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS UNGRATEFUL PLACE! MANAGEMENT ARE A BUNCH OF IDOTS!

Signs said free car wash, but upon arrival, they made me register and pay for the whole month. They gave me options from 9.99 for the basic one up to 23 for the complete one. I believe that registering or purchasing your membership should not be required to receive free wash (confusing advertising). I just hope I can cancel without more problems.

Great experience and my car looks great. Larry, a service provider from the Roseville quack was helping at this location for the day- he was so welcoming and kind. I was a little sad to see there is no more hand/towel drying at the end of the wash, but other than that I have no complaints! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
