Twice I've taken my vehicle in for check engine light on, but both times my check engine light came on again. First time did not return second time the check engine light turned on not even 24 hours later. I did return after paying $1,247 only to be told it was something else. I can't accept that. The problem would have been there the day before, when they did the previous diagnostic. An owner never called me. I left very upset. I will never return

STAY AWAY !! Brought my car in to have a check engine checked out and after 2 hours they gave me a call and told it would be an easy fix then mentioned that I need to replace some seals because they show signs of wear and after listening to the so called EXPERT got all the work done suggested went to pick up my car and not even 3 miles after I left the CHECK ENGINE light came back on, as you can imagine how frustrating this came be especially after they charged me $1000 to fix, so I went back the next day only for them to tell me that they can’t fix that because it’s a program that don’t carry like why wouldn’t they mention that in the first place so BEWARE save your money go somewhere else and thank me later.

Went in to have a motor mount replaced and brakes checked the work was done very fast and the price seemed fair to me. I'm very happy noises gone car drives smooth again so happy I found this place me new go to repair shop

Our go to shop. They have serviced our car for years and always do a suburb job. From a simple oil change to a valve job. Honest and charge fairly. They have even done a fix for us and did not charge because it was something very simple (hose clamp).

Hands down most unprofessional and unorganized shop I've ever been too..took vehicle in for repairs and it sat not being worked on until I got fed up and took it elsewhere.ken the owner kept telling me the customer that I must be confused he never said things that he most def did..Do not go here!

Never usually write reviews but Ken and his team did a great job at fixing the issues with my truck despite the confusing I had at first. WAs definitely a reasonable price and I will definitely be back for my oil change!

Gael and the team at Lakewood went above and beyond.My vehicle had an issue that was not within their scope and they made calls ON MY BEHALF to shops nearby in an effort to find a quote for the problem.I felt welcome, and confident that these gentlemen had my best interest in my mind from the moment I stepped in to the shop.Could not recommend these guys more

Lakewood auto is my go to place! I've been going here for about 5 years now. Anytime I make an appointment they get me in timely and the apt time that I want. When I arrive they take my car in right away and I'm out pretty fast. I recently got a new car and was having issues with the headlights pointing too far up. I was having issues with people flashing their lights at me and break checking me and I couldn't see the lines on the road as good as my previous car. I knew something was wrong I took it to the Toyota dealership and they were really rude and told me I couldn't get an apt for a week and that it's factory settings so they wouldn't fix. I told them the issues I was having and didn't feel safe driving my new car. They wouldn't help me. I called Lakewood because I trust them and they have always been so helpful. They took me in right away and the mechanic fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes. Thank you Lakewood auto for making me feel safe driving in my new car !! Excellent customer service and the owner Ken is awesome !! Keep up the good work I will keep recommending for people to come here

Iv used Ken and his crew on multiple occasions.No matter when Iv called he has always found a way to fit me in his busy schedule to help me out!The problem always gets resolved and I don't have to worry about being scammed or over priced.
