I went in to pickup a returned Bissell vacuum without the actual ticket, but I did have a photo of the ticket in my phone. So the guy (I assume owner) looked at the ticket, went to the back, yelled over his music for my address... I gave it to him, but then he yelled again (from the back) and asked for a phone number customer. I gave him my wife's number TWICE and twice he told me it was the wrong number. He eventually came from the back and told me I got the phone number wrong. I assured him I didn't. After a little back and forty, he then went on to say I called him a liar and he was doing me a favor by giving me my vacuum because it wasn't a return to him, it was Bissell's. His attitude sucked and I must say, he had the absolute WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

I needed a new vacuum cleaner and called to see if they carried a certain brand that I preferred, turns out they had it in stock. I drove down to the store and was greeted by the Owner who provided professional, knowledgable and courteous service. I was able to compare brands - pros and cons for each so I could make my own informed decision. I walked out with exactly what I needed. Am very happy with my Sebo vacuum cleaner. Thank you - am very happy to support small businesses whenever possible.

UNHINGED OWNER My husband dropped off our vacuum 7/28/22 and he was told it would take 5 weeks since he was the only one working on the vacuums. (The owner& wife) We we're dropping it off for cleaning and new filters. The vacuum is less than a year 1/2 old and we have already had it serviced once with no issues. Upon dropping it off my husband said the owner went on a diatribe of political rant which he thought was unnecessary. The owner said he would check the filters and would change them if necessary but most of the time they do not need to be changed. He wrote on the receipt not working and unplug. I used the vacuum that morning knowing we would not have it for a week or so but it was working just fine. He never tested the machine while my husband was in the store. 9/7/22 I went to pick up the vacuum today and I asked if the filters were changed when the owner immediately showed me the receipt and said my husband never asked for that. I explained what was said and then he said if I want to leave it than leave it but it will take another week to change the filter. I guess he never did "check" them. I said no thank you to leaving the vacuum. The owner got so defensive at the question about the filters. I was at a loss why a business owner would be so defensive when a customer is asking about the servicing. I also asked about it being plugged than he said it was not working and I told him actually it was working. The owner said that there was cardboard in the motor and the rollers were matted. I agree the rollers were matted as we have cats. Then he preceded to tell me I told him he was a liar. I never told him he was a liar. I said if cardboard was in the motor than that is my mistake because I was unaware but it was working fine. He also mentioned that he tested it when my husband dropped it off, which was a lie. I was so shocked by his reaction and immediate response when I was just asking for clarification. He was so incredibly rude and disrespectful. He proceeded to tell me I must be a democrat and do not support Trump, which is incorrect. I am getting my vacuum serviced- not at a political debate. A customer should be allowed to asked questions for understanding. Please do not bring anything here to be fixed. The owner is 100% unhinged and is a narcissist.

I went in asking for a replacement part for my vacuum. He was irritated the whole time. Didn't look like he wanted to help. Told me hoover is going out of business but googled it and they still are selling products . Also he wouldn't let me look at my own vacuum in store because he thought I was going to "work on it" in his store . I try to support local shops rather than order thru big companies but this shop was very unprofessional. Last time I do business with then

After unsuccessfully trying to tract down a replacement part for an older Shark vacuum, we decided to try to repair the broken part with a generic piece of hose. When the gentleman first looked at the part , he didn't think he had a replacement part due to Sharks inability to work with third party retailers. He looked at the piece and asked if he could take it to the back to construct a possible fix. A couple minutes later he returned with with a new hose attached. He was able to remove the old hose a screw in a replacement. Kudos for going the extra mile!!!

I don't feel politics needs to be shoved down my throat while dropping my vacuum off. I'll go elsewhere. Thanks for posting a sign in your store letting me know that if I had TDS (Trump derangement syndrome) that I can take my business elsewhere.

They were great about taking in my broken machine to diagnose. But, after buying a used machine to replace my broken one and finding out they wouldn't take it back if purchased more than four days ago, I'm having a hard time justifying their reasoning. Breanna said that due to COVID they couldn't allow a return yet took my machine for diagnosing with no issues. My fault for not trying the machine right away, but still! Four days is hardly time to get to know whether you like that particular model. Would not recommend.

I was in need of a home vacuum cleaner replacement so went to Lodi vac and sew The owner I think his name is Frank and I think he's the owner helped me figure out what type of system I needed He gave me several options from low price to high price and ordered it that day I picked it up the next day I am extremely happy with the product and the service and the price The store is extremely competitive with anything online and you get personal service rather than getting something from Amazon which is missing parts or doesn't work and has to be repackaged and sent back I would recommend the store for anyone in San Joaquin County looking for any type of vacuum system
