An outstanding business. I took my vehicle to 2 other reccomended transmission services in the area who charged me a $125 diagnostic fee and held my car for around 4 days only to tell me my car was fine (it wasn't) and sent me on my way.
I called Lodi Transmissions and they, over the phone mind you, accuratley diagnosed my cars issue (faulty transmission control module) based on my novice description. Amazing.
They gave a straightforward time/cost estimate, proactivley updated me on issues, and fixed my car ahead of schedule and under cost. Best in NorCal.

It cost me 600.00 to tell me I had to find the part myself because my van was too old "2005" so thank God transmissions by Hal found the part and fixed our van in 3 days and it only cost 450.00 + battery so it was less then I paid Lodi transmissions to tell me they couldn't help me and also the lady in there is rude!!

Transmission guys can be sketchy. Lodi Transmissions came highly recommended by some car enthusiasts, and they were right. They changed my clutch, found my shifter housing a little tired and called with repair options.We had a small disagreement but the owner is a real genuine person who really cares about doing good business.I’ll be seeing them on the next one!

I brought my 2001 Toyota 4Runner in for a transmission rebuild because I read the good reviews online. They gave me a good price (I had received other quotes) and they finished in a week. Here's the best part- when I came to pick it up the stereo wasn't working (it was a blown fuse due to jump start) and I asked them about it and it was 5pm closing time but they spent the next 45 minutes working on it until it was fixed - and it wasn't just one guy sticking around to help but a whole crew. This place is solid and classy. And I would recommend them to anyone.
