Thank you, Scott! Came into the garden department for some large bags of potting soil. The young man saw me checking out and jumped in to offer to assist with loading them into my vehicle! Without hesitation, he waited for me as I paid and pushed the basket with the large bags in it. I truly appreciate not having to seek out the help! Thank you for being so helpful and courteous, Scott!!! I pointed out to him that it was extremely nice to be offered and received the help. He assured me that if I kept coming in when he was on duty, he would ensure his assistance everytime!!!!!

My wife and I visited our local Lodi Lowes today (1/20/24) with several projects in mind. We needed to visit several departments (appliances, exterior doors, lighting) and I must commend the numerous customer service representatives who assisted us in each department: Wendy, Aldo, Jimmy, Lance, Zac, and Lance. Each took extra time to assist us, answering our questions as well as providing very helpful information and suggestions for our projects. They represented Lowes very well. Exceptional service!

Right before Thanksgiving our dishwasher died. We went to look at Lowe's for a new one. They have an expansive selection, and we found one we liked. We waited maybe 20 minutes to ask the sales person about the unit. I mentioned that it would be great if we could get it installed by Christmas and she said that wouldn't be a problem. Our first step was to have the installer come okay our measurements and overflow. It would cost 45$ but that would be applied to our purchase. It took a week to get this 5 minute appointment and then another 4 days for the information to get back to the store before we could purchase the dishwasher. A week later when we called for an update, we were told the unit was at the store and we would get an install date soon. Another week (and looking at Christmas almost here) we were told by the store that the unit was still at the warehouse. No delivery Christmas week, no delivery New Years week. We also noticed that the 45$ was not credited. We went back to the store to inquire. Waited another 20 minutes for a new sales person to speak to us about the delay. He basically threw the original sales person under the bus. We did get our credit and he assured us that the unit was being delivered that week (which it was). However it then took the installers a week to set up a time. Knowing better we excepted the date sent us even without a time. The time read between 9:00 and 2:00 or later. So basically stay home all day. It took more than a month to get our dishwasher from Lowe's (along with 4 visits to the store and 2 days waiting for installers). Thank goodness it wasn't our refrigerator that needed replacement!

Although I feel like price-wise they are pretty similar, I prefer this Lowe's to the Home Depot in town. In my opinion, they have a better garden center. The store also seems to be organized in a way that makes more sense and just overall cleaner and neater. They also have more parking, better parking and much better wi-fi. I don't always feel like I get the best help here; but I realize not every employee can be proactive and/or have a wealth of knowledge. I love that I can bring my dog with me when I shop here and if I need something from a large home improvement store, this is where I go.

I bought a 3500 psi pressure washer from lowes. The pump fell of on the first use. I returned it to this location for a new unit. The box said 3500 PSI. Inside the box was a 3400 PSI unit. The price difference of $300 for this unit and the 3500 unit. I can't return it as I don't have the receipt. Just make sure your actuality opening up your products before you buy them is the moral to the story. Big box stores are great at taking money but not so great at making things right by the little guy.

The worst customer service in the world. I can't even describe how bad it was....I'd be typing for days. This place does NOT value customers at all. Go to ACE on Ham, they are extremely helpful and don't have the attitude Lowe's does.

The service was fantastic from the moment I got in the door. The front door reception asked what I came for and they directed me to that aisle. I came for wood clamps. There was also an employee there to meet and help me with hardware and had made great suggestions. I left with more than I had originally came for, which was nice since they had a variety of clamps to select from. Checkout was such a positive experience, I had help with my transaction, and they were very accommodating. I felt valued as a customer and, as a plus, I got a value deal. I will be back when I need anything from Lowe's.

Today was the final disappointing experience for me with Lowes. I've been a loyal and continuing customer since they opened. I have been disappointed in the service and lack of product inventory for some time. I'm less than a 1/2 mile from the store which makes it convenient for the property management I do. I stopped shopping there after continuing having problems in the window coverings section. Waiting over 30 mins to find a qualified individual to operate the blind cutter in ridiculous. I started driving past Lowes across town to home depot where they have what I need and no b.s. . Well today I thought I'll try my luck again and went to Lowes. I grabbed a cart and picked out my led lights for the above cabinets and some wood trim. I needed some window blinds and some veins cut to size for five windows. Thought I was in luck to see to employees at that area. I asked about getting my products cut and was informed oh the cutter machine was down. WTH. What's more frustrating is that it's been down for a few days and they didn't know when it was going to be fixed. I was told I could try back tomorrow, ya right! I left my cart where is was and left. I will take my chances at Home Depot tomorrow.

Bad service almost waited half hour in plumbing section no one come i went to see the receptionist still no help. Horrible experience won't recommend to anyone.

Horrible delivery - I ordered a stove online and it was supposed to be delivered on 8/9. I took the day off work and low and behold...no delivery. I took the next day off work thinking it would be delivered and called in the morning and they told me the delivery was rescheduled for a day I was not going to be available. They have already charged my card and got their money. while here I am having to take 3 days off work to hopefully get the product I already paid for. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

We had floors installed by Lowe's they took months to set up a time for installation, after installation we tried taking back the leftover unused boxes of flooring that they over placed an order for and the proceed to tell me I cant return it because it's been over 90 days. Our installation took over 90 days so we had no clue that we would have 12 boxes of flooring left. The lady at the counter Kelsey was very rude and unhelpful I think people who are working in customer service should be trained the correct way. She wouldn't even call the manager for us.

Where do I begin? My Kitchen Aid dishwasher finally kicked the bucket after seventeen years and I went to the Lodi Lowe's to purchase another. I had to pay for their "subcontractor company" to come out and measure for the new dishwasher. The Company, "Premier Logistics" said the dishwasher I wanted would not fit and that I had to order an ADA one that is slightly smaller in width. There were only two companies that Lowe's deals with for this type of DW, LG and Bosch. I ordered the expensive Bosch and it took six months to have it finally delivered to Lowe's. Again Premier Logistics (different person,) came out to install and noticed that the Bosch had a dent in the door! I did not want to wait for another DW for six months! At this point the installer remeasured the opening and said that a regular DW would fit! WTH???? I returned to Lowe's and told them the whole story. Wendy my salesperson was there and was wonderful, management not so much. I returned the Bosch, purchased the Kitchen Aid and the "best they could do" for my wait time was $100.00 off new purchase. It's been one week since this has happened. A week ago there were 65 of Kitchen Aid DW with the model I want in the Lowe's wear house within an hour from Lodi. As of today, no phone call that it has arrived to Lodi or a call from Premier Logistics that they are ready to install. Plus I now have a leak under my sink that I did not have before! In which I now have to hire a plumber to fix. Where's the professionalism here? I live within a mile of this store and will find it very hard to step foot in the Lodi Lowe's again. PS . I was disconnected three times trying to call the appliance department today. Really, really, really terrible customer service! BTW Managers, Disney has great conferences and seminars for customer service individuals and companies outside the Disney Corp. You might look into it.

This store does not follow the return/exchange policy. None of them are on the same page. They don't even know the policy. Dan the manager is completely rude and doesnt care about the customers. I am a credit card holder but closing the account and taking my service else where. Horrible service.

Bought a Whirlpool dryer here less than a week ago (on a Saturday). Today is Friday, less than a week of purchase. After taking the day off work, loading dryer into truck, I tried to return dryer for a replacement. Upon speaking to customer service (she was nice), I was informed they do not accept returns of major appliances after 48 hours. No exchange, no partial refund, nothing. This is less than one week! Lowe's, this is unacceptable. How many people are able to return a major appliance within 48 hours?
