The head cashier at customer service desk is the worst person for that job. Gave me an attitude when I ask about my rewards on a purchase I made with my lowes card. She was rude, mean, and lazy.

I’m sure all home improvement stores are not great now days but this store has to be the worst, the lumber is awful and never labeled and they stack all of the carts right in front of the most commonly bought lumber so you have to move them out of the way to get what you need,and the employees are lazy and work hard to avoid helping anyone, accept for Maria who is surprisingly good at her job.

This particular Lowe's does not have ample staff to handle the amount of customers who frequent here. It is often stressful trying to find help when ordering products like flooring and blinds. When you are helped the employees are nice and you can tell they are trying. It some do it truly understand how to do returns correctly and I have had issues with this store. I know these days it is hard to find good people these days. I still shop here because I live in close proximity then Home Depot. But if the two were across the street from each other. It would be Home Depot for the customer service. Hopefully the manager is able to get some quality employees to fill the missing gaps because I really like Lowe's.

We bought a lennox heater and a.c unit from lowe’s. The equipment was installed with thewrong size parts and ruined our heater and damaged the a.c unit. The absolute worst company ever and costs us thousands of dollars.

This is for the Lowe’s in lodi, California. Went there this last Friday 3-29-2024 to look and speak with someone on the kitchen countertops. No one was there in the department. Ask not one but two workers if they could page someone for that department and they said they would. Waited another 15 minutes and no one showed. Went and asked another worker and they said that the person was out sick and wouldn’t be back for another week. Now tell me why couldn’t the first two workers tell me that at the beginning. And why don’t they have a backup person or a Supervisor to work it. After all your Supervisors should know every position. I saw more of there workers just walking around together talking with each other than helping out the customers. Very said that this has come to this. Lowe’s you just lost a big purchase, but you probably don’t care.

I wouldn't even rate them one star I went in at 7 PM on Sunday night in a ride around car yes I'm disabled and I went to 3 different departments And no one would help me they just ignored me and played on their phones. So I got so pissed so I wouldn't act a fool. I decided to leave and go to home depot. Where I was treated with the upmost respect And they were eager to help me right away I wouldn't suggest this place for Anybody their lack of customer service is disgusting.

Extremely disappointed. Been a solid customer for over 15 years and 2 homes worth of appliances and home improvements. Today I went to return some light switches that were the wrong color, and a wrench I bought at the same time I couldn’t use. (Both with receipt and perfect packaging). I was told that because it was a few days past their 90 day return policy there was nothing they could do. Not even store credit which I was going to buy the correct color switches and some new window blinds.
To be clear the employees were very professional and polite (why I shopped at Lowes and not the orange box) they said it was a corporate policy.
Looks like I will be shopping elsewhere. Lowe’s has received my final dollar. Customer loyalty means nothing anymore.
