The workers are amazing ! This review is for the pos atm machine you guys have outside it’s always broken and rarely lets us deposit money into our bank accounts . I work from 9-6pm. Get a new atm machine !! Today was the last straw I need ti pay bills and I can’t deposit money into my account if the bill charges i will be negative on my account . And I’d have to pay an extra 40$ for going negative !!!!!

The ATMs are always down and the supervisors/managers are rude and do not help customers who have been with them for 20+ years.Find another more convenient bank if your in the market. I use to enjoy the localness of this bank but they have really gone down hill and are very disappointing.

I love the people but they lock your card all the time and it is not an easy task to unlock it. Beware if they lock it after hours or on a weekend it can take days!

Terrible customer service! Their atm machine never works, they're constantly closed. The tellers will tell you they're going to do something, yet do nothing. Took me all of 15 minutes this morning doing what I was told they would do last Tuesday. A week later, they hadn't done anything. Will be closing my account and going to a reputable financial institution, recommend you do as well.

Ok, So the staff at this credit union (both Branches) are amazing, my main issue is the serious lack of technology and the limitations that are put on the patrons because of this. Maybe I'm spoiled because my main credit union is in Los Angeles and they have to compete with many other financial institutions and if they didn't have the ability to do a simple ACH transfer to another financial institution I don't think they would be around. So technology is mainly the issue here. There is good though, The Bankers are super friendly and always trying to help, its local so I get to keep money in the local economy as Local Credit unions tend to lend local more often than not. The whole technology thing might be a deal breaker as I am a small business S Corp and I need to be able to move things in an out of my accounts. (seriously I really don't want to leave) but if I cant figure this out I will find a credit union that does. As I will never use a bank like BOA, Chase or Wells again.

Every couple of months something happens to where you aren’t able to access your money or they cancel your debit card without notifying you. This weekend 10/3 - 10/4 I haven’t been able to access my money because my debit card gets declined both in stores and ATMs. No notification as to why or if when it will be resolved besides a Facebook post that I just happened to see cause I wanted to leave this review. I have had an account for over 20 years here and these types of issues seem to be happening more frequently. I have seriously started looking into doing my banking elsewhere.

mostly because it's a whole ordeal to make payments. having to physically go in to your location or sending checks through snail mail. I have no idea why they don't have a way to pay online, such a hassle
