“Pet Supplies Plus in Lodi is where we will stop from now on. Very friendly crowd. We used the self-serve dog wash, super convenient and not expensive at all ($15/30mins). They provide everything you need to complete a wash and dry: Aprons, a few different shampoo and conditioner options, drying towels, blowdrying, and pup approved scented sprays. I think we all enjoyed our time there!”

“Stopped in Carters while passing through the area. They have a huge selection of a variety of pet supplies as well as birds, reptiles, and fish. They had great deals on alot of items and were very decently priced. The selection was great. While I wanted to look for my aquatic needs, we ended up purchasing stuff for our dogs, cat and our fish. They had a very healthy selection of live aquatic plants as well as a good selection of fish. I purchased an additional fish and 2 snails for my community tank.
The staff was very friendly and helpful and they had a great selection. I will definitely be back in the future as their items, and customer service highly outweighs those options closer to home for us. Looking forward to coming back again in the future.”

“Let me just start this review off by saying this is NOT your average pet store. The people here actually know about the animals they are selling and genuinely care for their well-being and your experience with housing these creatures. When a pet store takes surrenders, you know they care, so when I found out the African Fat-Tailed Gecko I was picking up was a surrender I was already very confident, but they somehow kept raising the bar. As soon as I told them I was there to pick her up, they wanted to see the enclosure I had set up for her, and even had some pointers on how I could improve it. They knew how that specific gecko had been behaving and eating, and that made me very confident. Somehow, I was even more blown away, 3 days later, when I called to ask what they did to get her to eat (since she is on the shyer side) and the person on the phone already knew that exact one and was able to give me useful advice on getting her to eat. This is officially my main store for everything for my gecko. Come with your questions and be confident they will be answered.”

“ok so I went in just to grab a bag of food and left like an hour later just petting every cat they had for adoption. one of the workers saw me holding a little orange tabby and just handed me a treat to give it, it totally made my day. I wasn't even planning on looking at fish but the tanks were super clean and the bettas actually looked healthy which is rare i feel like. teh cashier at the front was patient while i fumbled with my phone trying to pull up a coupon... she even double checked it went thru for me. honestly it's my favorite spot to stop by now even when i dont need anything.”

“First time bringing my 18 week old Aussiedoodle, I spoke with a few team members, including Ariel and Molly who were awesome and answered all my questions. I was nervous about how my puppy would do, but he was instantly comfortable! He did great and he looks unbelievably handsome with his gorgeous haircut! He had a wonderful spa day!”
