Very clean store. The employees are always very helpful. I love that they always offer to help me with my purchase to the car. I even take them up on it. They don't seem to have the cat health selection that they used to have.
But they have something that works.
Over all you probably won't be disappointed for your pets needs.

I used to love this store. It's a small family owned store that used to be helpful. While the employees are still kind, the manager is awful. The store only enforces certain policies when he is in store. The online system would be great in theory but not when any orders over $100 have to be purchased in store. So instead of the convenience of having your order ready to go you have to go in again. I don't know most large dog food bags that are not close to $100. The manager will not pass information on to the owner and is more than unhelpful. Instead of supporting a small business I will be purchasing from the manufacturer. How sad is that.

The man that helped me was knowledgeable in the cat food I was looking for even though it's not widely sold. The store is larger than my home store and yet items were still easy to find and staff was ready to assist.

I've looked down the street from this place my whole life 36 years old yes I remember they changed the names a lot play regardless this is always been the best pet store in Lodi I don't have everything that Petco and whatnot has but they got what you need in very very close I'm not saying Pedro any of those other pet stores are better but this pet store I think they even have a Stockton location as for prices this isn't no 99 cent pet store... But you'll get good stuff for cheep so it's very worth it

The staff and the vet couldn't be any nicer. Since my town doesn't have a Wellness Center I had to drive to Lodi but it was well worth it.

I use the self dog wash station here and it's amazing! I bought the package of 5 washes for $40 so it averages about $8 a wash! Totally worth it. There are two different sized bins for washing if you have small or large dogs. They provide regular shampoo, deodorizing shampoo, oatmeal shampoo, conditioner, towels, waterproof aprons and one grooming blow dryer for each bin. Every time we go we are welcomed and told to use a bin right away. Great service and very cheap compared to professional grooming if you're in a pinch.
