Absolutely love the grooming department. They're all so sweet and welcoming, when you arrive to check in for your appointment. I have a Goldendoodle and had Cassandra as the groomer. She was so nice and patience throughout the whole process. Because my experience with her, I have now found my forever groomer. Thank you petsmart!

This is a nice large pet store. Plenty of parking but not much shade as this is a newer development. The selection of pet food is quite good and had some venison cat food our vet recommended. Prices are comparable to other pet stores. Store employees greeted us and offered help if needed. Many stores nearby make this a worthy place to shop and check out if you haven't been before.

Was excited to see a pet store at this location. Went in to check out their fish and aquarium supplies. I am an experienced aquarium hobbyist with 30 plus years experience. Sadly, their bettas were in the most HORRIFIC state I have ever witnessed. Tiniest cups ever (a lot of stores have gone to the even smaller cups...yikes!). That size container holds up to about 1.5 cups of water--if filled to the max line. None were filled that high. Horrific. Zero swim space. While I do understand those are temporary housing, if they are going to go that small, they need to understand that water needs changing in those TWICE a day and possibly 3x as they are very small. The protocol for a 1 quart jar is 1x daily. Anything smaller is 2x daily. A larger container would require fewer water changes and would also be more humane for the fish--less labor intensive for staff. Guess it's all about the shelf space for PetSmart--which I dare say, is NOT smart at all. I saw a few dead bettas, and several on the verge of death--dying from ammonia poisoning--about 75% of their bettas were probably at the point of no return. I mentioned it to the girl at the counter and told her she needed to tell a manager as the bettas were in really bad shape. She didn't know how to respond and basically ignored me. Had she offered to call a manager over, I would have talked to them about it. Nobody was available in the aquatics area to talk to. If they don't have the staff to handle water changes for those poor bettas, they should stop carrying them. Won't be going there, again. And no, NOT posting photos of dead fish. BUT I will NOT go into another PetSmart after witnessing such neglect of their betta display. Zoologic, scientific studies have been done on bettas and they are smart fish and do experience symptoms of depression. Not to mention the horrors of perishing from ammonia poisoning. Yikes! If I could give them negative stars, I would.

The store was clean and well organized which I appreciate. I came here a few days ago just to grab some stuff for my dogs. But the lady at the checkout was very kind and helpful!

Had my brand of dog food in the larger 35 pound size. Fairly priced and everything is usually stocked and easy to find.

i am a regular shopper at this location. i came in with my friend about 20 minutes before they closed to grab some last minute cat treats, as i got off work late. while i was shopping, a white woman with dirty blonde hair and snake earrings approached me and my friend and informed us that they were closing soon. normally i am not one to complain like this, but the woman made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. i understand that it can be irritating having customers come in near close, but this seriously was my only time i had to go. i won't be returning to this location unless this employee is reprimanded for her behavior. if anyone in management would like to reach out to gather more details on my encounter id be more than happy to do so.

Rebecca at the PetSmart on Harney Rd was so nice at time of check out. She was very polite and helpful with signing me up for my rewards. She had a positive attitude and was knowledgeable on the dog collars to locate my customers dog. Thank you so much for being so outstanding at your job. I will be definitely coming back to shop for more items for my dog.

Highly disappointed with clipper incident. When making appointment , my two yr old mini poodle, has a description box where you can write notes. I wrote that he has dewclaws on both back legs . I’ve had bad experiences else where with cutting the skin and causing legs to bleed. I always write down this little warning and gave a heads up in person to the front desk regarding the dew claws. The groomer nipped the claw almost off with machine. He took my dog to the vet and they performed a 2 hr minor surgery . It’s very disappointing but I know mistakes happen. The groomer was very empathetic and apologized. After almost a year coming here , I , 1000% will not be coming back.

Clean and they were friendly. They didn't have a very large section for reptile options. Couldn't get the appropriate bedding for a Pacman Frog

Was very dissatisfied with how the groomer cut my dog's hair it looks like she doesn't have enough knowledge, but did not follow directions on notes
