Employees are described as the nicest, most welcoming, and provide great customer service, making the gym super comfortable for a plus‑size member. The regional manager offers a good deal to stay and helps members leave with a smile. The gym is praised for being helpful, accommodating, and clean.

I must say that the gym has really change recently. The cleanliness is much better. I appreciate the management especially Jessica.
