“Today Saturday I went to lockeford Usps I had a box that was too big for the slot inside the Usps they stay open till 10am on Saturday...I was disappointed that my box didn’t fit and said out loud (darn it doesn’t fit) ... just then a very nice lady open the main door and said I’ll take that for you... I was so pleased because now I wouldn’t have to wait till Monday to ship... and by the time I returned home my package had already been entered into the system... THANK YOU LOCKEFORD USPS... for the extra great service!!!”

“My postal carrier forgot to give me a key for a package left in my parcel box. I assumed my package hadn't been delivered to the correct address. I called the US Galt Postal office and asked for assistance. Not only did a postal employee pick up the phone to talk to me, he drove out to my postal box, found the package and hand delivered it. The customer service is excellent! This was on Jan 24th at 1:30pm. I am very grateful.”

“Believe me..... after visiting several post offices - including Stockton's for Passport Services, this little location puts them to shame. I called before hand expecting another rude response, except I am pleasantly greeted by a knowledgeable woman able to see to help me. I quickly rushed over, and only had to wait a few mins while other customers quickly came and went.The lady with short hair and glasses, was quick and concise (straight to the point) - I was shocked, + she was nice to me, I also accidentally forgot to photocopy my personal docs, and as busy as she was - She made sure I left taken care off and with my Passport Application set and sent and copy! Thank You - Angel In disguise”

“I try to stay away from the USPS but if I do need to go Robinhood is my 1st choice but if just dropping a few envelopes / letters. I prefer West Ln due to the conviniant drive and drop US Mail Boxes Located at the back of the parking lot”
