Checked in and sat waiting for over an hour and an half and nobody said anything to me. Then- when they were still open for another 15 minutes, they say they can’t take me. Why would you not say anything sooner? Wasting patients time. No communication and unwillingness to help.

Hello there!! ?I needed it to do this because it was pretty simple and convenient, and i advise everyone to make an appointment, save your self some time and stress, so i went in as a walk-in Monday at around 4:30, they had a waiting room full of people. So i left it was a pretty common sense decision I left, and decided to make an appt for whatever they had availability next. And yes, I completely forgot to do the appt on monday nite, so Tuesday
morning i was looking to see what they had available and, YES!! I was able to make the appt. For the same day (Tues) afternoon @ 3:30 wich it was pretty simple!! I got there @ 3:30 and they came to grab me right away!! ???? Just to make your life a little easier MAKE AN APPOINTMENT PEOPLE!!! The phlebotomy tech. Is doing exactly what she should be doing!! I DIDN'T feel anything I was soo happy for that!! Thanks so much Quest Diagnostics on HAM Ln. In Lodi. Outstanding experience!!! ?? ? ? ?

We have been waiting for over an hour and when finally done we had been waiting for over four hours! Absolutely ridiculous!
They need more people working here to handle the workload and claim they are not hiring but definitely understaffed by far!!!

Waiting time was great. I made an appointment and I got my test on time, my test was in 2 parts. The First Lady was so nice and professional but when I went to do the 2nd part (15 min later) the lady on purple scrubs was rude, and she is who supposed to help people with registration. Management should work harder to train their employees to be professional and polite. With that attitude it’s better do not come back

There is no desk help. I made two appointments for my husband and myself. I had to use the same phone number for both appointments because he can't do online appointments. They could only take one of us and said I needed another phone number for the second appointment. We were told we would have to standby for the 2nd appointment. There was a gentleman waiting for a "Standby appointment" in the lobby for 2 hours!! Heck with that! All this computer check-in crap is costing jobs and making for HORRIBLE customer service. We dove 25 miles to get here for nothing. My husband was infuriated with this computer check-in and making appointments. It's no good for Senior citizens.
