The store and it's workers are great, easy going and store is always clean and organized. PHARMACY IS A JOKE! pharmacy worker is Rude and very unorganized. First they don't correspond with you for nothing. If there's a problem with your prescription they won't tell you until you go in to pick up your script. They're quick to message you to say your too early for your script, but won't say when the day to pick up and that's even if you get notified. Usually you have call them just to ask if it's ready and when they tell you yes, then you have hope it's ready to go. Several times they made me wait another 45 minutes because it wasn't ready. Because I already changed pharmacy once and some of mine are a controlled substance, I can't move pharmacies again yet. After I explained I live out in the country, it's a 20 drive each way, so it would be nice if they could notify me me if there's any issues so it can be dealt with before I drive all the way here. That's when the disrespectful pharmacy lackie just looked at me and shrugged. HORRIBLE SERVICE at this With that kind of service, im supposed to feel safe and confident i have medications that are right and with the correct count? Pharmacy Is A Joke!!!. ?

They only have 1 pharmacist on staff which makes for extended wait times but also individualized care is not something you can expect which is disheartening as medications can mean life or death. They pass the frustration of understaffing on to you the customer as well.

This Rite Aid is located right next door to SaveMart with plenty of parking available. What brought my husband and I to this location was that this Rite Aid has Amazon Lockers. We needed to make an order through Amazon and have it received at a locker and this location fit the bill. As soon as you walk inside, walk to your right and follow the perimeter of the store and you'll soon see them. It was easy for my husband to have the barcode scanned from his phone to get the locker to open. But the lady in front of us had trouble using the touch screen to try to get her package. Anyways, after we got our item, we decided to get some ice cream. We ended up getting: Double scoop of ice cream, $3.79- We opted to have this served in a bowl instead of a cone. We picked butter pecan and pistachio. The portion size of each scoop is pretty big and the ice cream was pretty good. What really surprised me is that for 2 large scoops, this was still cheaper than the single scoop that my husband and I had at Baskin Robbins the day before. You really can't beat good ol' Thrifty ice cream. But I do want to mention that you can't try a sample of the ice cream like you can at Baskin Robbins though. The one employee who helped us (he directed us to the Amazon Lockers when we first came in) with our ice cream was very nice and friendly. But the girl who initially helped us with the ice cream (and then switched places with this male employee for the register while he scooped up our ice cream) wasn't nearly as helpful or enthusiastic. Overall, we had a pretty positive experience and will definitely be back for some more ice cream in the near future.

Within the Rite Aid chain, this is my favorite pharmacy to get vaccinations and prescription medications at.It’s hard to find competent retail pharmacists and harder to find one that spends the time to make sure their staff gets things done right. Most people think pharmacy is simple, to fill (count the pills) or to not fill (send off angry patients). But behind the scene, there's a bajillion other so clinical issues that a pharmacist must access prior to just “checking off” that one script.I don't get paid or benefit from this review; I wrote this b/c I appreciate the fact that Shirley, the pharmacy manager, listened to my story, questioned my need for a specific vaccine, and agreed to order and administer a vaccine that they normally do not carry. This shows that her patients are not just a part of the numbers game - and if every pharmacy could honestly act with good faith and put their patients needs first, I think we’d all be healthier and happier.

This would have been five star review, but the homeless are allowed to solicit outside. CA law protects their presence, criminal or otherwise so its not Rite Aids fault to my knowledge. Makes necessary prescription pickups a dangerous trip. Staff is always helpful, however, and store is always clean. Looks as if staff have to share a restroom with the public...NOT good for staff. Nobody pushes rewards, but they are happy to tell you when you have rewards to use towards your purchase. I like my local Rite Aide store, but they have always been a bit pricey...even before the inflation crisis. I shop there solely for one product (other than prescriptions) that I cannot get anywhere else, but the product is out of stock now indefinitely....the supply chain issue that is so prevalent in 2022. I also shop when I find great clearance sale items. I'm glad they have decided to make Covid issues sort of a secondary issue on the phones automated system as it is annoying when one calls about other issues 100% of the time and does not wish to be bombarded with Covid related information. Nice, clean convenient little store.

I’m from the east coast traveling for work. I usually have to fight tooth and nail to get my prescriptions transferred between pharmacies when I travel for an extended time but this pharmacy did it in one phone call and under an hour. It’s never that easy. And the pharmacy tech ensured my GoodRX price was honored.

Cashier was distracted by other duties and did not pay any attention to me. She was distracted by other duties and was ignoring the next customer after me. Very poor customer service.

I have been to this pharmacy for new prescriptions. Never less than 6 hours and twice longer. This is not acceptable. Only one pharmacist on duty. She is entitled to all breaks and this is not her fault but management. My prescriptions according to Elixir are $111,734.94 if which I have paid $8,708.98 as of October 2022. I am switching back to Walgreen or may try CVS. I am done with Rite Aid.
