Recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. As I was driving an hour to get here I wanted to make sure my time was not wasted. San was my sales rep, and he was wonderful! I stated the price I was willing to pay for the vehicle prior to driving out (assuming condition was as described). San spoke to management and called me back promptly letting me know that they would agree to the price.When I arrived to look at the vehicle it was parked in front waiting for me. I was allowed to test drive alone with my wife (it was a two seater). At my request, they cleaned the car to inspect for damage. It was only dusty, but I wanted to make sure I was aware of any minor damage. We agreed to the purchase. San and his team had the paperwork drafted and I was on my way promptly.The best part of the service was that a few days later I received a package from the dealer. Inside was the owner's manual. I was not aware that it was not in the car, but they had. Without hesitation they mailed it to my home address. Great experience!

Please get rid of the television, serves no purpose-people are on their PHONES. Like me people are checking emails, etc.Main reason I’m here is I TRUST you with my four vehicles!Lastly, Brad is always helpful and courteous. While waiting, l listen to how he treats other customers. I hope your paying him enough!

Angelo is the best sales person you guy can have we had been looking for trucks for over a month and on sunday we went to the dealership and Angelo received us the day we went a truck we were looking was not ready so two days after he let us know it was ready and we were on our way to another dealership to purchases a truck but his honestly made us decided to purchase the truck with him and we ended up buying a higher trim level truck then the one we saw first. he explains everything really good . The day of the purchase angelo was with another’s customer and he had ricardo helped us he helped us with everything he stayed there until we left , I totally recomend you this place ask for Angelo or Ricardo you wont regret it.. finance guy Manny was so friendly too and explain everything very good .

Had a great experience, working with Louis in collision department. Got me in and out in a sort amount of time. They did a great job and you can't tell it was repair. Like new.Thanks again.

Everybody I came across was super friendly. Not just my service person but everyone there. it was nice to see. Made me feel I was welcome not just tolerated which is how I feel most of the time being a customer anywhere anymore.

So, about 6 weeks later and we are getting our car back for the 4th time from Sanborn. Hopefully, the a/c will be working this time. The first two times they tried something and it didn't work. The third visit they diagnosed it and had to wait for part to come in, which is understandable. We took it back and they had it for a week to fix it, no problem. And since our first visit the communication has improved. However, it was very frustrating to be charged another $100 warranty deductible when they are still servicing the same issue. Even if they had to order another part, it would seem that part should've been ordered the first time. Why are we penalized for them not diagnosing that originally? What's their motivation to do a job correctly if they are going to continue to charge customers when they fail to fix the car on the first visit? It's poor customer service. If the a/c doesn't work this time, will we be charged another $100 when they try and fix it next time?

I brought my car in Tuesday morning, for problems with my water pump. the nice man to help me was Andrew he got my car in the day and called me Wednesday, to tell me there was a recall on my water pump. So it didn't cost me anything. This is the second time I have brought my car to them and Andrew is always the one to help me out.with a great attitude and being vary understanding

When I mentioned I wanted an oil change and tire rotation the kid asked if I purchased the vehicle there. I responded no and was told the price would be $130. Not that it matters but I had purchased vehicles there previously. The tread on my tires were too low so the tire rotation couldn’t be done. No problem. Told an oil change alone would be $106. I needed to have it done so I went into the waiting room. I happened to look at Sanborn’s website and an oil change for my vehicle was posted at $75.95. The kid at the register only charged me that when I pointed it out but if I hadn’t looked I would have been over charged. Not a good business practice. I won’t be back and if people ask me I will definitely let them know.

I bought a 2018 Dodge journey online, paperwork was easy, didn't take long to run my credit and purchase car, I even got my monthly amount with $0 DOWN before going down to the office.When it came to me picking up my vehicle, I thought the process was pretty much finalized and all I had to do was sign on the dotted line. (my past experiences at other lots was 30mins)... This lot was hours, I spoke with the dealer, my monthly amount I previously got was increased by $130,came to a mutual amount, AND I was told I "had" to pay for a down payment which was NOT expected AT ALL (the down payment I could've used for two months of payment), then spoke to a financial biller that finalized the process an additional 30mins. I had got a ride from Antioch, my daughter was getting antsy and my mother was getting impatient. I HAD to get the LoJack because Lodi had a theft problem, and if I wanted it removed I would had to drive back to Lodi. ??♀️?The men in the office was coo, it was the experience and the unknown, I did not appreciate.

Sanborn service department is below standard. I brought my car in for a 7:45 am service appointment. At 4:15pm, I called to check the status of my car. They hadn't even looked at it. On questioning, the service representative said they "will probably look it sometime tomorrow." So, my car sat there all day, and it may possibly get looked at tomorrow. I asked for the manager, and was told he will be back tomorrow. I told the representative I will pick-up the car today and take it somewhere else. A few minutes later, another service rep called and said they will definitely work on it tomorrow. Just to also mention: When I brought it in for my appointment, 2 of the service representatives looked busy on computers and were not handling customers. The other one had a short line and was the only one handling taking care of customers. Nobody acknowledges customers when they arrive.

A dishonest place my mother came here expecting a new car. Originally my mother was on the phone with a man and he said he can get around a certain price for a car. My mother went all the way to lodi and the price was more then they said they could do. They also said a missing hubcap and an oil change was a big deal. My mother called another dealer and they said it wasn’t a big problem.

Jason is awesome, highly recommend. This dealership is one of the best I've ever had the pleasure to interact with. They sent us a link so that we knew exactly when a car was available to order. They were very transparent with pricing. And they worked with us from out of state so that we could get the car when we moved to California.

Sanborn did some recall work and that was done correctly, no complaints. But we noted an obvious flaw in the construction of our Equinox. The lower part left hand side of the grill was not flush the vehicle as it should be. As our car is a 2022 model and under full warranty, we expected this repaired. First, we were told it was damage due to a car wash. I informed that we hand wash it. Then they tried to tell me that someone's pants must have caught on it and pulled it away. Really? I was upset that they refused to repair it and also will be writing to Chevrolet because if they are making their vehicles so shoddily. that you shouldn't that them through a car wash I believe they should disclose that before they sell you the car. I feel Sanborn should have honored by bumper-to-bumper warranty and they let me down. I guess buyer beware.
