My husband and I went into this shop today and we are so glad that we did! The shop itself is great. There’s a wide variety of beautiful thing’s to choose from, and we took home a couple of really interesting pieces that were also fairly priced. The best part of the shop Id have to say is the people that work there! Everyone was very lovely to is, very friendly and that’s something we’re not always used to in places like this being that we’re both heavily tattooed punks haha! Yet the part of our visit that really stood out for us was our conversation with the woman at the front counter. What a rad chick! I am so grateful to have met her, she really left an impression on me. She’s extremely knowledgeable about the shop, its history, and many other fascinating subjects. My husband and I really look forward to becoming regular costumers and having many more awesome conversations. Thank you to the Secondhand Rose, we had a good experience and we walked out with some really special items.

I’ve came here for years because despite the terrible customer service and the attitude from the owner she has good inventory. But the attitude is just too much to handle anymore. She’s so rude and isn’t welcoming. It’s so off putting that the prices on some things aren’t even worth purchasing at that point. She needs to take some of these reviews and have a serious attitude change.

I would like to start this off by saying I’ve never had an issue here before today, however I don’t think I will be returning any time soon. It doesn’t seem like I’m the only person who has had an issue with the customer service here after reading some of the reviews. The woman at the counter was extremely rude when asked a question about an item in their store. I’ve never purchased anything at this place before and didn’t know that they don’t negotiate. Their prices seem pretty fair and I understand the reason why. But rolling your eyes and having an attitude about it lost a customer. I probably would have purchased the item if I had a better experience. I will say I think the store is well organized considering it’s an antique shop but in order to retain regular customers you have to have better customer service.

First let me start with this this place is owned by many different sellers not just one so everything is different in price age history etc .. second if your not used to the paranormal this place may send you a uncomfortable vibe and make you feel watched after all you are being watched by the afterlife.. I know I'm sensitive I see and hear the dead ..I have bought many items from this establishment it saddens me I'm not close in town to buy up everything haunted I've bought some really cool items and I plan on going back as long as they'll ALL welcome me in ..

went in to look for some candle holders. saw a nice, vintage metal holder and saw that the price was $2 on the bottom. the lady at the register seemed friendly but she rang it up for $8. apparently there was another small sticker just wedged inside that i didnt see and asked her bout the $2 sticker on the bottom. she ignored where i was pointing at and said "do you want it or not???" in an intimidating way. thankfully there was another cheaper holder and i went back to get that instead, but unfortunately despite there being some nice (albiet overpriced) stuff in there, i dont feel comfortable coming back again.

I just love this store and the friendly people working here. They always have a large number of unique items for sale. It's a wonderful place to shop for antiques.

Amanda is passionate, fun and friendly. She was interested in us and showed us things she thought we'd love. The whole experience was great. Prices were fair and no dickering.
