Gate code never worked, staff was hard to find, they kept raising prices for our unit which always stayed the same size?When we were able to reach the management company they couldn't answer our concerns! Probably because they were in another state!

SEVERE RAT PROBLEM!!! This place deserves a minus Star Rating!!! But I think I had to give 1 star to post this review. I just moved out this weekend, I've tried to communicate with both the store managers, no response. I've called corporate 3 times with case numbers and no reply!! Finally I called to cancel Saturday. I went to get my belongings that are mostly in plastic containers with no food, and had RAT POOP all over the floor, all over my containers, they lived in expensive woven baskets and destroyed myExpensive rug, and my storage rack was covered in rat poop. We had to wipe off each container before loading into the uhaul because of rat poop!! By the end of cleaning out my storage, minus all the rat poop on the floor, my personal truck bed was filled with sadly a lot of good things I had to take to the dump out off Harney Rd. Super frustrating, but I'm glad to be out of there. I WARN you all to not patronize this storage facility, or you might regret it!!!

Ricardo is very response and helpful. I had a few issues over my time at this location and everytime Ricardo helped me solve them. I couldn't get my unit open, he helped me get it open right away. This is a great location in Lodi and having peace of mind with your personal belongs is really nice.

We have had a storage shed here for 2 years on auto pay. For some reason that they can't explain my auto pay was stopped. I wasn't aware and when finally notified i payed immediately. I called them multiple times and left messages with no return calls. I finally spoke to someone last week, she was very nice but couldn't give me any information about what happened. I payed one amount in august but she shows a different amount and couldn't explain why. She suggested i call the main telephone number and create a ticket which i did. On top of all of this there was a rate increase that i wasn't informed about. My understanding was a regional manager would call me within 2-3 days......I'm still waiting!!!! HORRIBLE. No one is ever in the office during their posted business hours. Every other time I go, it's locked. Last time I tried to pay cash they told me no because the money box is locked, even after I said I had exact change. Incredibly over priced. And they raise your rent 10-15% every month. Do not waste your time here. Nothing about this place is worth the location.

This facility was great 5 years ago when I moved & needed a unit.Recently (the past 2 years), there is ZERO Customer Service at this company/facility.They do not answer the phone, they do not respond to online inquiries, their online bill pay does not work. They keep raising rates.Logging in online to pay should be super easy these days with saved usernames & passwords, but it keeps saying “incorrect credentials”. Not to worry, I’ll do a password reset. OMG! Password reset took many attempts, it took FOREVER, (it just keeps spinning), and when it finally said “ password reset successful” it STILL DID NOT WORK! Unbelievable!What kind of business never has anyone on site, who never answer their phone, and the online bill pay does not work, and if you send a customer service request online they NEVER respond?Did I mention they CONSTANTLY raise their rates?PEOPLE, DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR, IF YOU NEED A STORAGE UNIT, LOOK ELSEWHERE! UPDATEAlthough someone finally called me to help with the log-in issues, I JUST RECEIVED NOTICE OF ANOTHER RATE INCREASE, (almost $20 more) which will begin October 1st!! Seriously, rate increases every 4-6 months?! They say the rate increases are to provide better customer service, but that never happens!I will soon be giving notice to vacate the unit, what an absolute time-consuming HASSLE it is dealing with this company. Again, people, do yourselves a huge favor and don't waste your valuable time, hard-earned money and energy using this place. It's frustrating and exhausting.

Wouldnt let us into our unit because it suspended our account because a payment didn't come out even though weve had autopay set up for over a year. Didn't call or email to say they turned off our autopay. They raise the rent exponentially on a few month basis. Paying $250 for a unit that was originally $120. They're also NEVER available. Not to mention they justify the constantly raising prices on maintenance but our lights have been out on the entire strip of units for MONTHS. what maintenance are they doing????

Had my unit for almost 2 years and they canceled my autopay for some reason. Didn't call us or email us so how were we supposed to know? After 14 days they can start getting rid of your stuff!! I just happened to try to enter my unit on day 14 and it said my account was suspended. I could have not known that all my stuff would be gone had I not needed something from my unit last night. Not to mention they raise the rent every few months so a unit at $160 is now $250 a year later. They say it's for raising maintenance costs but I've never seen maintenance, and our lights have been out in our entire section for the past 2 years. If you care about your stuff, you won't rent here.
