“10/16/2026 I went in at 9:30am, there was only one customer ahead of me. I only waited a short time. They had answered one question that I had about the item I was dropping off. I was given a receipt and was done very quickly. The customer service was good. There is plenty of parking around the store. The place was clean and neat.”

“My husband and I come to Bhanot Postal Center at least 3 times per week to drop off packages. Very friendly owner and the service is quick and efficient. It’s located in the same parking lot with SaveMart and Rite Aid so you can get other errands done at the same time.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service and Teamwork! I had a wonderful experience at the UPS Store along Kettleman Lane in Lodi. I went in to have important documents sent, and from the moment I walked through the door, John greeted me right away with a warm smile. Raquel and Gabe also immediately offered their greetings, which made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. What truly stood out to me was how well the team worked together. A steady stream of customers came in while I was there, yet John, Raquel, and Gabe remained consistently cordial, courteous, and attentive to every single client. No one felt rushed or overlooked. Each team member showed great initiative, professionalism, and genuine care in helping customers. It’s clear that this team has an excellent working relationship and strong teamwork, which makes a huge difference in the overall customer experience. Their positive attitude and efficiency reflect very well on this UPS Store location. Highly recommended—this is customer service done”

“I had such a wonderful experience with Ramona while getting passports for both myself and my son. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. She made the entire process so easy and stress-free, taking the time to answer our questions while keeping everything moving quickly. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the people she helps, and her positive attitude made what could have been a tedious appointment a really pleasant experience. Excellent customer service is hard to come by these days, and Ramona truly goes above and beyond. The post office is lucky to have her! Thank you, Ramona, for making our passport experience such a great one!”
