Beware, the owners will extort you for an extra month of rent and threaten to serve you a lien if you don't go through their archaic cancellation process (even if you've vacated the storage unit by the end of your first month).

More bang for the buck. Most definitely the best storage facility in town. So good! It's hard to get a unit there.

Managment very nice and on-site maintenance always there. Gated and security cameras Always clean inside and out. Never a rodent or insect issue. Location is great right next to 99. Open later than other storage facility's a big plus for me Shopped around on prices before taking this place.Very glad I did.

I've been renting here for over a year and I have about 4 units. Although there have been a few rate increases (even recently with the Covid19 situation developing more and more), this storage facility is a good option for several reasons. There is an older man and woman who live on site but they really don't interact with anyone for business purposes. They say hi now and then but I think their primary role there is to be a low-key setnof eyes on the the property. They guy isn't the nicest or social but doesn't really bother me unless he parks his on the inside of the premises across from the living space becuase it makes a small driving area much smaller. The units come in several sizes and may be a bit dirty when you arrive. However, they are well built and nothing a little sweeping won't fix. I've never had an issue with my property broken into or tampered with. As well, the rates are reasonable at the moment. As Mel stated below in her review, the increase in cost is a shock especially during a time of instability. Hopefully costs can be temporarily waived or reduced especially if people are unable to work or get sick. But if they don't, I understand - business is business. Inexpensive and clean. So far no critters or insects! Onsite monitoring but it's not advertised. It's located off east Frontage road by casa de Lodi. Closes everyday at 8pm sharp. How do I know? The onsite guy got on my case and threatened to lock me in.

Small storage unit place, a buddy I work with had a unit here he uses as his shop for work, the place seems nice and quiet and it is gated and there are security camera, seems like a safe place for your storage needs
