I can't speak for the entire salon but I had 2 appts with Hanna G. and I guess I'm not going back! First appointment she texted hours before my scheduled appointment and asked if I could come "now" .... So I accommodated and drove right over. The appointment went well, my hair cut was fine. So I made a 2nd appointment. After confirming that I'd be there (twice)...I receive a text 2 hrs. before my appt. Asking if "we could reschedule" ...so I once again accommodated and text back letting her know that was fine. And sent a separate text right after asking if she could please let me know when she was available next so we could reschedule. And NO response... No message back thanking me since she cancelled last minute. No message to reschedule, No nothing.

Really cool place. Love the setup and how clean it is. Lindsay does a great job and is super friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone. Also, if she can make my wife happy she can make anyone happy.

omg ! little lodi wanna be "beverly hills copy! salon" i took my wife in there for hair appointment to set up and myself " empty chairs everywhere" lady was doing another ladys hair and my wife tried set an appt that week " was told booked ?? huh?with invisible people ?? try next week. my wife asked about mens cut appt other girl playing with her phone says i dont do mens cuts ! hmm i didnt ask her cut my hair either they need change their business name shame salon" instead of stained salon

My hair is long.. and I was ready to cut some off as part of my journey going forward.
