I'm a senior citizen .Went to the Lodi staples today to make Returns. My phone was not getting WiFi. Employee name Chase Immediately noticed that I needed help. He took my phone and put WiFi on it. And help me with my returns. The world needs more people like Chase. He smiled at me ,he did not roll his eyes. Because I didn't know how to get WiFi inside the store. He just smiled and made my day. Give the man a raise.5 stars for Chase.

the person who works in the printing area. It does not provide a good service to the customer. We have been trying to print something on the machine for about 10 minutes and it didn't want to help us. She can print from the computer they have.

Tried to buy 3 rubber stamps worth $90. Was left alone to type in wording and saved each with a unique name only for a person to come back 15 mins later and tell me I did it wrong. What a waste of time and effort. Tried to buy local but I will just go online now.

When I came up to the register there was an option to get printed and email receipt and it disappeared because I think the guy hit something; I think I asked him can I get an email and print receipt please and he just ignored me and just said to put my card in. He never answered my question at all. Greatly annoyed about this and hoping for better service next time.

Great place for back to school notebooks. Had some for sale for 35 cents. (Cheaper than target and walmart) The workers were super helpful, helped me find the section I was looking for and even helped me find the exact item i was looking for after i struggled to find it. (My fault) Super helpful and polite workers and some great deals on notebooks.

Make sure you take a picture of the sale price before checking out. I was charged full price on two sale items and had to go back to get a refund.
