Wow, sorry to say did not have good experience with my storage unit @ Store rite Storage. Have had two other storage units in Lodi & did not have the problems, such as tremendous dust, rumbling train in back causing containers to tumble, rain leakage bringing some grained/sand with it & worst of all the mice droppings.

First, one time, I lost track of the time and tried to leave about 15 minutes after closing. The gate would not open! The keypad displayed, "Late exit not allowed". I was imprisoned there! I called the main number for the office, and no one was there. The only way out that I could see, was to climb the tall perimeter fence which has sharp spikes on the top of it, and risk getting impaled if I slipped and fell down on top of the fence. I later found out that there's a gate next to the main gate that I could have left from, but I didn't know about it, and it's certainly not obvious that it's there from where I was standing in front of the keypad. More recently, they've instituted mandatory insurance on your storage contents. I seriously doubt that if you made a claim, they'd pay anything without you showing them a purchase receipt for the items in question, and who has receipts for their old stuff in storage? Second, I seriously doubt that they're going to pay full value for your stuff. My guess is, it's maybe 10 cents on the dollar. In other words, the insurance is pretty much worthless. It's just a shameful money grab. I emailed the manager and told her I refused to buy this bogus insurance, so she evicted me. Now I have a very few number of weekends to move all my stuff out to somewhere else. Nice huh?

Best.Manager.Ever. Plus, clean and secure; well maintained and lighted property. Great move-in specials! And when an increase did happen, it was a reasonable one. I've been here almost 2 years, and love it! And the manager is great!

Best storage hands down! Cynthia is great. Storage facility is clean, secure and safe. Each unit is armed with its own security. Prices are the best in the central valley.

I highly recommend using Storerite Self Storage in Lodi, for a few reasons. Number one, the facility is clean and newer. Well lit. It was Never a question if my whether my valuables would be safe or not, always felt secure. But probably the most outstanding reason would be Cynthia, the manager. Always professional and pleasant to deal with. A total asset to the facility. Made my 6 months stay there a breeze. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

I didn't end up renting anything they didn't have the size that I needed, but the service is amazing. They also have discounts for healthcare workers. I would totally recommend them to friends and family.

Nice to have a storage unit that opens on both ends. Not all of them do, but mine does. The lady who runs the place is very nice. Facility seems to be very secure and there are drainage holes in the lanes which prevent flooding.
