1st day i walked in, the owner and louis were super chill i had hard time explaining what i needed because was running on no sleep but they didnt interupt me and make me totally forget what im trying to explain super smart guys and they rarely miss calls! these are the best guys to go to if you need anything that involved electronics like game consoles pcs, phones, controllers and more they do it all!

Friendly, family owned, knowledgeable business! Took in a used PS4 with a bad hdmi port. $35 diagnostic fee which also found another small issue that was easily and affordable fixed. The diagnostic fee is applied to your repair as well. Over all would totally recommend!

I came in due to my laptop getting water damage, which caused my charger port to stop working. I also told the guy that I tried opening up my laptop but one of the screws for the mother board would not come lose. After we talked a bit I paid 65 dollars for a diagnosis and at the end, he couldn't open up the screw for the mother board and basically said other thing which concluded to that the charging port was not working. I basically gave 65 dollars for information that I already knew. I even asked for a partial refund but the guy that was there at time said that they don't do refund since it is labor intensive and what not. First off, I want to point off that their diagnosis was not "labor intensive" because there is a high chance they only slightly opened up the laptop to look for water corrosive which would take no longer then 30 min. Second, I only asked for a PARTIAL of the money to be refunded, I feel like that would of been fair. In all honesty, I wouldn't be ever coming back here. Just make sure that you call and ask for a price rang from other laptop repair places before coming here.

I needed a screen saver for my iPhone that was previously cracked. Friendly service and they offer different options to choose from. They also take the time to explain what your buying. It was better than the previous screen saver I had from Apple and also cheaper. I was back in 30 minutes and my iPhone was ready to go.. For any repairs give them a try.

The first time I took a computer to Tech Sabe for a simple data recovery, it was fine.I returned, only to have the WORST customer service experience ever.I couldn’t log into my Windows profile. Enrique fixed it enough that I still couldn’t log in to anything but a temporary profile, tried to convince me it was fixed because I could access the internet, and refused to repair the computer. He did offer to charge me more to fix it again. I took it back THREE TIMES. It still doesn’t work.I left the $35 deposit, then was told the bill was $179. The deposit wasn’t credited.After NOT fixing my computer, he offered to charge me more to transfer the data and asked for the computer so he could fix and sell it.I filed a BBB complaint, and received notice that Tech Sabe didn’t respond. Filing a complaint with the state next.Take your business elsewhere.

I dropped my phone in my dog's water dish and it was working but stopped charging. I made a call the TechSabe and he said to bring it in and he would see what he could do. When I arrived, he had a customer he was working with, but he politely acknowledged b=me and said he would be with me shortly...customer service??? Who does that? Apparently, they do at TechSabe! When he got to my phone and after I explained to him my issue (which he said he remembered my phone call), he told me my choices and what he would do. I left my phone with him and opened it up and took a look. A couple hours later he called to say that my charging area had some slight damage and recommends I replace it, but he did fix it to allow me to be able to charge it until he can order the part. As a small businessman myself its extremely important to have my phone as I have so many clients and made sure of that. When the part arrives, he will call to get it replaced and I will definitely take it back to get it done right. Great service and I personally had a wonderful experience. Dishonest and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I took my phone here after falling in a pool for 3 seconds. I have an iPhone 12 pro max. FaceID stopped working and there was a little bit of condensation I could see in the cameras so I took it in to have it dried out and looked at. When I received my phone back FaceID still didn't work which was fine because everything else did and I plan on getting the 14 when it is released. Between the shop and my house (20 minutes) a bright line appeared on the screen. I explained this to them and they said "It wouldn't be from the water since the water was gone when it happened." After looking at it again the next day they proceeded to blame me and say "you must have damaged it between leaving here and getting home." Unwilling to accept responsibility they wanted another $209 on top of the $130 I paid for the initial repair. Amazing right? Some other unprofessional notes were not answering their phone for an hour and not operating within business hours forcing me to wait outside in 100 degree heat until someone answered the door when we agreed on a specific drop off time.

I took it to one repair shop, they advised the only option is to do a clean install. Took it toTechSabe and those guys fixed it. I kept all my files and I'm back in business. I love it.

This place was great. It's hard to find a tv repair shop. The person I dealt with was professional, and didn't talk down to you like most tech shops. Pricing was very reasonable. They were honest about the work and didn't try and tack on extra fees and work that wasn't need.

Enrique was such a wonderful help with my laptop! He was super friendly and reasonably priced!! I was told by multiple tech places that none of my data would be restored and that I would need a new compute but not them! They were able to repair and restore everything! I will definitely continue to recommend and go for my tech needs!
