I found the atmosphere at this location to be quite unwelcoming, with a notable lack of friendly or helpful service. For a much better customer experience, I highly recommend taking the extra time to drive to the UPS Store on Kettleman Lane instead.

i had an appointment to get a document notarized, and i went in and told the lady what i was there for and she replied “uhhh…no” and told me to try a different ups store. i even showed her the confirmation for the appointment and everything

Great place, great prices, and really convenient. Just terrible customer service though. Most of the girls working there look like they don't want to be there and are rude. This does not apply to the owner from what I've seen in there great guy.

I walked in there to purchase a box and inquired about international shipping. Specifically international flat rate and was told they don't offer that service. The lady then told me however, they do offer international shipping just not flat rate. I go home and pack the box. Return to the store and another lady begins rining me up to send a package to Thailand where I currently reside. Then the original lady who helped me the first trip said we don't offer international shipping and we're individually franchised. She told me she didn't say they offered international shipping the first time I was there. Then decides to cop an attitude. Her male supervisor who I'm guessing is also the owner tells her they do offer international shipping and she goes back and forth with him. I just walked out. I don't recommend this store to anyone and I suggest you don't blatantly lie to customers, then try to cover yourself. What's even more hilarious is they have signage in the store advertising international shipping 🤣.

Signed up online for fingerprinting. Went to store on time. Was informed that that service is not available. Instead of looking sad, they should have called or emailed that the service was unavailable. Better yet, don't allow appointments for imaginary services.

I spent my entire one hour lunch break waiting to mail off two letters that needed to be certified mail. When I got there I was the only sustomer in the store. The register key boards didn't work, the scales didn't work, simple tasks were duplicated by the two employees in the store that although they were two feet from each other they woul provide inconsistent information as to what needed to be done as if they both started work for the first time this morning. Slow service, equipment doesn't work and what appeared to be a lot of guessing on what to do and how to do it... needless to say I walked out after they waisted an hour of my time with their back and forth guessing. I would NOT recommend this location. Drive two more blocks to Kettlemen Lane.

Went to the store to do a live scan, it was 4.25pm. I was told they stop that service at 4, I asked why and was told they get busy (there was literally no one in the store) and they need to prepare to close, they close at 5. Live scan takes about 5 to 10 minutes and there were two members of staff. I could understand if the process took longer than the remaining opening hours, but it does not.
Maybe you can add a cut-off time to your services on here so people don't waste their time coming to your store and being turned away.

Staff was unfriendly and not helpful. Failed to provide critical information until i made payment. I would never use shredding services at UPS if i new i had to feed each document into a mail slot. They saw me drag in 4 boxes, it would of been nice if they explained the process before i paid.
Wasted a half hour, pushing paper thru a slot.
