Tom's Used Books is a surprisingly large store with a great and awesome selection of books, including lots of used and new books across many different categories. The store offers more than reasonable prices and great value, with an attempt to have the lowest prices and the fairest trade policy. The atmosphere is cool and reminiscent of a storybook shop, though the books can seem haphazardly sorted. Several adorable cats roam the store and may cozy up to customers while browsing, which is a note for those with allergies. The owner is very helpful and easygoing, and the staff are sweethearts. Many customers enjoy browsing without a specific goal and often leave with an older treasure. It is a place that many absolutely recommend over larger chain stores, always leaving visitors happy.
Discovered Tom's used bookstore today. What a wonderful find! I am from the Bay Area where darn near every neighborhood has its own used bookstore. Employees were super helpful and the cats delightful. Great to find this charming shop in Lodi.

Lots of hidden treasures in this bookstore, all guarded by a number of very cute cats. Well worth a visit!
