doesnt open at 8 even when customers are lined up outside. rude and disorganized. acts like he's put out waiting on you. the Reynolds Parwak store is much better!

The cost of shipping seems very high for ground shipping. The documentation that I received was simply a long printed cash register slip which did not confirm the destination address. The assistant who served me promised to add extra shipping tape to the package but I did not see her do it.

Terrible experience. UPS wants to charge $3 to print a label for an Amazon return, wanted $5 to pack it in a box, that’s after Amazon charges $7 for the return itself. Amazon returns are infinitely easier at kohls. Just bring back your item and they throw it on a truck. UPS should be the same, and the fact that they want to charge almost $10 for a 30 cent cardboard box and and a label is a joke.
Also the only return option I got was UPS pickup, which happens on weekdays only, at completely undisclosed times. They also cannot even use the tag THAT THEY LEAVE YOU on your door if you bring the item to a UPS store for drop off.
Explain to me how that’s reasonable.
UPS is a huge ripoff, they are super disorganized, and I didn’t find the staff at this location were sympathetic at all to a very unfortunate situation created by Amazon.
