“So many unique items in this shop, I always love coming in! Also a big shoutout to Hayley, who went so far above and beyond for a customer. My father called the store with a request from out-of-state and she personally made arrangements to make someone's day truly special. Thank you again and we look forward to our next visit!!”

“Came here yesterday for the first time and I had the most pleasant experience given the fact it was almost closing time and found an awesome piece! Will definitely come back!”

“Nov 28 2023 My first return trip since last year. Looking for long sleeve mens shirts. They have hundreds of articles of clothing sorted on racks. Going back today to find another shirt. Store is clean, as neat as possible. While its difficult for the SA stores to sort and shelve the crazy variety of stuff they get, the store looks clean and organized. I have also been at the outside-rear of the store leaving off stuff too. Its always been handled pleasantly and decently. You cant understand what the collection operation is like until you have worked in it. They face loads of dirty, broken crap as well as pristine name brand items. Think: The worst, unsellable stuff from garage sales to near new items. I have two daughters who when they were young only shopped at name-brand, expensive clothing stores. One day I sent them to the SA store and Kmart. They saw two well known multimillionaires' shopping for clothes ! They are now cured. They shop for clothes at SA stores. Me too.JK, Lodi. CA”

“This location is well organized, spacious and clean. The prices are a little high, in my opinion, especially for smaller things. For example, a week worn infant bucket hat was the same price as a multi layered tulle maxi skirt fit for a child about 10 years old. The hat, as far as I could tell, was not a luxury designer brand. Still, it's one of my preferred thrifting stops in Lodi. If you're bringing donations, the dropoff is behind the building and while they are usually quick to help out, but I often feel like I'm a burden when I bring items to donate. I've actually been scoffed at when I've asked to keep the big plastic tub I brought my multiple bags of clothing in, and once recently I was turned away because they were closing. Not a big deal, I guess, but there were multiple half-empty of their rolling containers out still and 3-4 cars behind me. Easy fixes, if they are up for improvement. Still, 5 stars, my critiques are first world problems.”
