Wife and I went in to get new upgrades but weren’t sure if we were going to go through with it because of previous experiences with Verizon sale reps, but this time was nothing like any of the other times it was quick got a great deal the girl was super nice and helpful and before we knew it we were on our way home with no confusions. Will come back here again.

Devin was great. He was already helping someone else but managed to help me at the same time. The store manager was “busy “ counting and looking at stored products. And talking on her cell phone. I find that behavior unacceptable in any employee especially a manager. And yes she was on a personal phone call. I love this particular store. But not crazy about a manager who spends all her time in back or not helping customers. This is not the first time I have experienced this behavior in this store with her as the manager. Not ok and I was the director of HR for CIRCUS enterprises with 23,000 employees, 18 union contracts and 3 states with 12 properties. So I do know what I am talking about. Thank you.

Great customer service! Super friendly and helpful. I don't know what my sales rep's name was, but I've had him the last couple of times I've gone into the store and he's super knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with.

Best Verizon store ever! The employees are knowledgeable and fast, they dress nice and are extremely polite. When I walked in there was a nice aroma that homely and the place was emaculant. They have a wide selection of accessories and many you won't find at any other location. This is the store I will use exclusively from now on.
