One of their cosmetologist (initials H.G) leaves her son in the waiting area while she goes to the bar. It was really uncomfortable watching the one do my hair looking back to check on him and she said that she does it often and everyone's used to it he's the "salon baby" but she wishes she would at least let someone know before she does so they know to take care of him. So irresponsible unprofessional.

Place was very clean, felt very comfortable to be there, and my stylist was the best. Also noticed everyone is very friendly everyone talked to each other so very noticeable how well they work with each other.

This review has EVERYTHING to do with one stylist alone. My hair was in good condition prior to going to this stylist, and afterwards it was completely destroyed! My hair is now frizzy, fluffy, dry and damaged. I do not care how long your ass has been doing hair, but everyones hair does not react the same way to chemicals, therefore when you have a new client you should pay EXTRA ATTENTION to ensure you do not over process their hair instead of passing the blame onto the previous stylist. Like stfu! i did not go back to have her fix this horrendous mess for the simple fact that i did not her further ruining my hair. It will take months if not years to repair the mess this stoner caused to my hair. My advice to her is this,GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER AND MANAGE YOUR DAMN TIME BETTER! The client is the one that suffers, not you. because had you not been scatter brain, my hair wouldn't have been damaged. oh and btw, your cellulite was VERY visible, perhaps you should seek a 'Visible Change' on that mess.

I went to Whitney and I was so disappointed. I recommend if you want blonde hair only Go to girls who actually have blonde. Hair lesson learned the hard way.

I highly recommend Whitney! She gave me the perfect blonde. She listens to what you want and makes it happen! I cannot wait to come back! Color correction is not easy and she nailed it!
