Based on the recent reviews here, I was expecting this experience to suck.
Guess what? IT DIDN'T!
I'm pretty sure the lame employees got fired, because Steve was AWESOME. He greeted us immediately when we entered the store, took our equipment return, gave us our receipt, and it was all good. He was very pleasant and helpful.
So, shout out to Steve! Ask for him when you go there.

Iâve been in this store 2 in this year and I will never go back. I walked in this last time and the young girl was texting on her phone said sheâd be right with me. Finally another kid tried to help me. No luck and after 20 minutes of being in there the young girl was still on her phone texting. Smh

Terrible customer service. Sat on their phone then wouldnât answer any questions we had about lines and donât know anything. Just wanted to help my grandpa out with a new phone. Switching over to a better company.

Worst customer service Iâve ever received and Iâm over 70 was told on the phone that they had a remote and I could go to that store to pick it up when I got there. Their service was condescending and nonchalant about everything we talked about told me they donât have any they donât know when theyâll get them and they couldnât order me one I live 45 miles away. They were the closest storeyounger generation cold as ice.

Absolutely incompetent staff. Everyone keeps looking at their personal phones, when asked no one is able to answer any questions. They are there just to trade your cable box. One even suggested that I plug my HDMI cable from the input port of the cable box to the input port at the TV. A complete disaster...

Put there chip in my phone causing it to lock according to corporate store. So I would purchase a new phone this is a third party store. Only way to unlock would to go back to my old carrier. From who I switched from.

Pretty bad staff two girls there (did not catch their names) didnât seem to know what they were doing, the stores card readers werenât working and they tried asking for my card to input my card number into the system and told me I couldnât get a receipt so I said no, they then told me I could just take a picture and once I said no again and thanked them they both made a face as if they were making fun on me which to me thatâs a little childish and unprofessional for grown women to do. Anyway if you go there just know you wonât get the help youâre most likely looking forâŚ

I was experiencing difficulty with XFinity customer service over the phone as I spoke to (4) different representatives who all gave me different answers regarding how they were going to handle sending me additional needed equipment. The last representative told me they were annotating my account and not to worryâŚjust go to the store and the information will be in the notes allowing you to pickup the pods. I told the guy/kid what I was told and he immediately told me ââŚthey lied to you, you need to contact corporate.â I asked if we could please check my account first and he did so reluctantly. After which he reiterated that I needed to go to a corporate store. I asked if we could call customer service together as Iâve made 2 trips to the store and a couple of hours on the phone with them and I was told ânoâ. I then asked to speak to a manager and while I was waiting I asked the kid what his name was and he said âI donât have to give you my nameâ. See, they donât wear name tags at this store and I simply wanted a name to be able to reference for my experience. I was amazed how he just stood there and was telling me there was âno reason that you need my name. So I walked over to where two other associates were and asked them what that guys name was and they looked at him for a couple of seconds the. Laughed at me and said âwe canât give out his personal information.â WHAT?! Terrible, I just walked out in disbelief.

Horrible staff, theyâre unequipped to do anything. I couldnât get a single thing done there, they acted so helpless and sent me to a different store. I meet a manager who informed me I was being played with and they were able to take care of my issues especially because they were the store I purchased my phone from. 0/10 I wouldnât recommend this location to anyone who doesnât want to be taken advantage of.
